“We used the emergency service on the weekend to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The staff were very kind, we were extremely upset but they did everything they could to make the experience as smooth as possible given the circumstances. We really appreciated being given an appointment time and a private quiet area to say goodbye. We were too upset to say much at the time but the care and professionalism were much appreciated. “We used this vet with our previous dog. Dealt with all our issues during his lifetime and supported us when he passed. When we decided to get 2 pups they were our first choice, went yesterday for their first appointment. Vet gave them both the once over, told us of issues identified and the plan over the next few months. Great experience, they didn't flinch at jabs and got lots of strokes and love off the vet and the ladies at reception. Great place, can't not big them up enough!”
