Rang Tern Vets as I was concerned about my Border Terrier , he was extremely lethargic and had started to be sick. The receptionist was helpful and offered me two appointment times for the same day, I obviously accepted the earliest which was within 2 hours of me ringing. The Vet who saw Bosley gave him a thorough examination and talked me through the different checks that she carried out. After the examination the two options for treatment were explained to me which also helped to allay any concerns that I had. This is not the first time we have used Tern Vets Newport branch and each time the service has been excellent! I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Tern Vets to anyone.
