This is a wonderful veterinary practice. Cristian is so knowledgeable and he has provided excellent care for our guinea pigs. We travel from Warrington to see an experienced exotic vet and would not hesitate to recommend this practice to others.

£400 for them to do nothing to help my poorly boy. Suppose to have given fluids and said cause he was so small they couldn’t do that yet still charged me for emergency care. Did an unneeded ultra sound that the manager even agreed didn’t need to happen and charged again. Even when knew was end of life was pushed 4 times by the vet to get cremated by their company. I repeated multiple times it was not needed. Also pushed for £200 of blood test after knowing it was end of life. The vets was constantly pushing more and more costs on me when I said I couldn’t pay it. Christian is a very greedy commission based vet who will do anything to push more costs. They didn’t even do anything helpful other than an X-ray. The emergency care was not worth £350 when they didn’t even do most of it admitting couldn’t do fluids they basically had him on a heating pad for £350. Well I hope you all feel happy with yourselves taking money from some disabled who could barely afford in the first place and loosing their pet on top of it. You don’t need to charge such a ludicrous amounts, you could have done anything to help but you didn’t cause your greedy people and karma will come for you.

Got transferred to this place during the pandemic " same company" my charges doubled instantly, aways paid my bills on the day, and with having two dogs, who had surgery spent thousands, over the course of 18 months. Every time I went an paid ,I'd get a phone call or letter asking me to settle my bills!?! The two bolkes who work there called christian, dreadful. And the physiotherapist with man hands , doesn't know what she is doing. Now I'm out of there thay are still billing me, unprofessional, bad attitude's, and now thay say I owe them 90 pounds for cancelling my direct debit for a pet plan ,after all thay put me and my dogs through , refused to pay it ,and now thay have instructed a debt collector, who uses bullying tactics, the bill is now £260 and say it will go up by £50 pound denomination's ,every week.untill I pay.oh and yes the physiotherapist called Katie , I believe used to work in a children's hospital,,,, Lucy what's her name letby, springs to mind . this one's in a vets in a Holmes chapel vet practice .There is other vets out there for your ,dogs ,pets this lot will screw you.

Visited the reptile specialist with my tortoises. Vet was knowledgeable about the health and voiced his worries clearly. Plenty of free parking spaces. Receptionists are super nice too!

We had our lovely dog neutered at CPVP this week. He's been badly treated and is very fearful and reactive as well as being nearly 49kg so quite a handful! Hope (vet) has been so caring with him over the time we've had him and taken care to find out the best way to manage him from both ourselves and Dogs Trust. We were given tablets for him for the evening before and the morning of the procedure. Given his issues, they couldn't have made easier it any for him and only 2 days later there is no sign of any distress which we can have if he's been frightened. Brilliant job CPVP team! Thanks

My dog has always received exceptional care at Cheshire Pet Vets. They always take great care to make sure the animals are calm and looked after whilst they visit for treatments.
