   ⭐ Review: Outstanding Care and Compassion at Congleton Vets I recently had to take my beloved Max to Congleton Vets, and while the experience ended with the saddest of outcomes, I cannot speak highly enough of Struan and the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff were so lovely and supportive, making a difficult time as comfortable as possible for both me and Max. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the practice, which clearly has up-to-date equipment and modern facilities. This commitment to having the best tools available gave me confidence that Max was receiving the most thorough and accurate examination possible. Ultimately, the news delivered was heartbreaking. However, the way Struan handled the situation was truly exemplary. He was incredibly empathetic in sharing the findings, taking the time to explain everything with a gentle and compassionate approach. His kindness during such a deeply upsetting moment made a world of difference. Thank you, Struan and the team, for your professionalism, your excellent facilities, and most of all, your overwhelming care and compassion. You treat pets and their owners with the utmost respect.    I recently took my dog to this vets and was really impressed. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and put both me and my dog at ease straight away. The practice itself was spotless and well-kept, which gave me a lot of confidence. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the care we received – highly recommend!

1. BLOSSOM PINEAPPLE ★☆☆☆☆

   The receptionist are friendly and helpful. However one of the vets had miss diganosised our puppy, which lead us to the emergency out of hours which the vet there then diganoised him with the actual problem,what was up with our puppy. Our puppy is now on steriods and our fingers are crossed that he is going to get better and be ok, it's just matter of a waiting game now. The vet (Oliver) didn't have a clue what was up with him, he had started his job on the Monday miss diagnosed him on the Thursday, by the Monday morning I was pointing in a complaint in.

   Receptionists and staff are usually quite happy and friendly - took our pup in for a check up, vet was extremely helpful and nice. Receptionist however was quite rude when it came to paying the bill as I tried explaining I left my wallet at home. Her response was “well if you go in a shop you have to pay there and then”. Assuming I wasn’t going to pay. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and she did indeed apologise afterwards. However, I didn’t appreciate this type of behaviour, especially when me and my partner were worried for our pup. The bill was indeed paid in the end once we managed to find help - the impatience and rudeness did not help matters either way.

   5* service, excellent service in every way, from the receptionist, the nurses to the vets, nothing is too much trouble. Very caring and spend time explaining things to you, never rushing you. Apart from caring for our own dog and 3 cats, they took in without hesitation a friends dog that I was looking after even though she was not registered with them. Heres a photo of "Sugar" whose life they saved.
