Went to Blue house today and can't praise them enough. We saw Helen with our elderly dog Billy. She was the best vet I have ever known. Very friendly, kind, so gentle with Billy and very informative. I would highly recommend taking your pet here.
Took our cat there for a check up and vaccinations, greeted by a nice receptionist. Once we were in with the vet, he took great care and gave some recommendations for keeping our cat healthy
Been with blue house vets for over 10 years.got 2 dogs but one passed away last Sunday after a short illness.i world take this opportunity to thank the staff for there work . world recommend blue house vets.and I found that they put my pet first. Maya wos nearly 14.. labradoodle.i had a great bond .and a great friend .will be sadly missed.so a big thank to Kay and the team who looked after maya.
Whenever I visit Blue House Vets, I'm always struck by how lovely the staff are. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. They're not just professional; they genuinely seem happy to help, whether it's offering a kind word or going the extra mile to answer a question. Their wonderful service makes what could be a stressful experience for both pets and owners a truly positive one.
Everytime i have used Blue House it's been a 5* experience for both Gracie and myself. Nothing is too much trouble and the care taken is 100%. All costs are explained upfront as much as they can be and it's everything to know my dog is in the best of hands. 5* everytime for both treatments and lovely staff.
Wow after, a frantic Saturday morning phone call blue house got in in at 12 o'clock. Kiaser was in no mood yo be examined so was given pain killers. The vet on duty was, amazing. On Mon our return to have said toe nail removed was stressful. But James made our experience 100% stress free. Definitely recommend this vets. Thank you all
We had to say goodbye to our Beautiful Moo last week and it was heartbreaking, but I have to give credit to these guys here at bluehouse. They were brilliant, they were very calming, understanding of what we were feeling and the room which they take you too was lovely, we got to spend a little more time and got our last cuddles and kisses before we had to say goodbye. IF I ever feel like I need another furbaby, this will be the vets! She is now back home with us ❤️
Such a lovely vets. We went to Blue House for a few years and have recently moved away so have sadly left. All the staff are so lovely and friendly, they always made such a fuss of our boys and made them feel so at ease. Thank you so much. X
Today we said goodbye to our beautiful Staffy Dave, the vet was absolutely amazing and talk my son and I thorough the whole process. The separate room they have set up made saying goodbye that little easier and meant we could have one last cuddle on the sofa.
