WM Congleton Is an excellent surgery, the staff are friendly, informative, knowledgeable, helpful. The practice is clean, not over crowded & they always do there best to see you asap.. highly recommend.

Vet Team as usual are lovely. The one star is for Administration's personnel ‘R’ extremely unprofessional and likely undertrained for the role she has been assigned to. Antagonistic and inflammatory language used including weighted implications of lying by vet and by client repeatedly throughout two conversations !! Alarming for a business! And more so for registered professionals. This particular admin going above and beyond to cause complaints and conflicts with this escalatory approach to really a very small trivial issue. Needs a lesser role or further training. Shame to bring the WAM team down this way! Maybe put her on the Tug of War team- get rid of some of her attitude?
Great vets practice, but very small, would be nice to have a bigger practice locally instead of having to go to Macclesfield when more serious treatment is needed. Fantastic group of vets, and lovely reception lady.

I rang on Monday and ordered meds for my 2 dogs. I was told to come to the Congleton surgery Wed after 2pm. On arriving I find they are closed !!! The person I spoke to surely knew they wouldn't be open. I'm on crutches and still my way there. Spoke on the phone to macc office. They would put meds in the post if I paid £3.50 postage. I'm waiting till Monday. Not professional
Professional services and obviously very caring for animals! The vets are very gentle with pets and have a lot of care while treating them. Quick treatments and good advice for future too. Excellent COVID safety measures as well.
Best vets in Congleton. I moved to them prior to an operation after being misinformed by another vets who couldn't do the procedure required. Part of a larger chain, there is always an option to refer to the other surgeries. Staff at Congleton are young, fresh and extremely professional. After spaying my dog recovered in no time leaving no visible scar. They are also very responsive to emergency appointments and call you back when they promise to do so. Excellent team, highly recommended.
