In my Opinion the lack of urgency and care led to the death of my Dog. He had breathing difficulties. Two appointments for which they charged. No xray,no proper examination. Within an hour of the second appointment his heart give way and he died. You make up your own mind whether you want this sort of care for your loved one.?????

The staff were absolutely fantastic from the first phone call until we collected our dog. My worry is it’s to far to go with a sick animal it needs to be more local and the price is absolutely ridiculous. Yes I know it was 2am and the service was great but so over priced, but they know you have to pay it

Freddie is my cat and is almost 20 years old. He has a thyroid problem and has 6 monthly bloods taken to check his thyroid and kidney levels. On Wednesday I took him to the vets to have his usual bloods. When vet Helen weighed him she found he had lost weight and as it was a repeat of his last tests she voiced her concerns and suggested he needed a full blood count doing and, by an outside agency, just to check there was nothing else going on. Helen was reassuring and promised to ring me as soon as the results were received. After having his blood taken and claws trimmed, Helen brought Freddie back to me and the nurse said he'd been a perfect gentleman. Helen again reassured me that this was the best next step and, if his meds needed changing or something else needed prescribing then that could be all sorted on Friday. I like how all the vets and nurses care about the patients under their care.

First visit for us, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a vets that made myself and my pet totally at ease, friendly and helpful ladies on reception, kind, knowledgable vet, who took time to listen and explain when I had questions for him. My pet was treated with kindness and gentleness. Thankyou medivet whitchurch

Very safe arrangements for getting your pet seen. Let the surgery know you have arrived. Wait in car until vet comes out to collect pet. Then returned by vet with full verbal report. Pay with card and go. Simple!

As of today you still have to call from outside and wait for someone to take ur pet inside. I obviously understand why but I do miss going inside and being with my dog, although she doesn't mind at all! But that doesn't take away the care and attention that's received, my first time at this clinic and very happy with our treatment.

Lovely caring staff. At the moment you have to ring when your in the carpark, and they come to you to collect your pet. This is due to social distancing. Very Well thought out. Ive Been with them a while now and I do highly recommend

After we lost Ned, Dean cared for our last little rattie Captain Jack Sparrow. Dean went the extra 5000 miles to give Jack the very best outcome for his various ailments of which he had many being an ex. Lab Rat. At the beginning of May Jack had quite a serious stroke. We rushed him off to see Liz at Waylands and as we expected were told that the kindest thing we could do for him was to let him go. Devastated doesn't really explain the way we felt about losing our wonderful little boy. Liz was so very caring and allowed us to be present, albeit, at a safe distance and outside looking through the window. She handled him with great care and the utmost of respect. It was undoubtedly a very sad time for us all as we watched and said our goodbyes, but I could not have wished for a more peaceful ending for myself. Jack is now with his brother Ned and Dean, Liz, Hannah and all the team at Waylands are still doing the amazing things they do everyday for the fortunate pets whose owners know about the team at Waylands. Thank you so much to all at Medivet Whitchurch

A wonderful veterinary centre! The whole team are fantastic. The only vet that my little furries have visited that puts them first before the company shareholders!
