Sian is a lovely person who is very patient when serving drinks to a crowd! The only downside is when there are several machines out of action at the same time!”

“Fantastic , excellent and wonderful, I am short of words when it comes to thanking Telford maternity unit , The first thing I would like to share is a how great my midwife Charlotte and Adele were , they were like two angels who looked after me and my baby ,two of the most wonderful human beings they both had such am empathy , determination ans dedication towards their work which makes makes them the most special persons in my motherhood journey, Secondly when you hear you had a delivery the first thing you hear is “ oh I am a mother I lost my sanity “ but I can proudly say Telford hospital maintained my dignity as a woman . Thirdly my post natal care was so good there was always someone available to look after me and my baby as I stayed there for two days . Thank you maternity unit at Telford it was great being in your care.”

“I am travelling to India with work so attended the travel clinic for a consultation and vaccinations. This trip is fairly short notice but the availability for consultation and vaccination at Muxton was excellent, and very quick and easy to book online. Mohammed has been very professional throughout. He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.”

“The staff at your Oakengates are amazing ,my husband, daughter ,mom and myself have a lot of medication and the ladies are always very helpful ,I have one complaint it is the carpet in your shop I have mobility problems and have tripped a few times on the carpet as it is all patchy,and it makes the shop look unprofessional ,I have told my friends and family about the service and they have come to you now for there medication.thankyou for all the help and advice we get from your wonderful staff.”

“Medivet shawbirch are amazing, they saw my dog on short notice, multiple times and were friendly and informative. Eliza and Saski are both wonderful and caring and the people on the front desk are lovely, welcoming and chatty. However if they ever offer you an appointment with medivet oakengates DO NOT GO. Medivet oakengates was horrible service and treatment. I felt very pressured to get my dog neutered or have boas surgery and when said he would not be getting neutered i felt judged and pressured to consider it. When i said i didn't want too i was questioned as to why, its just preference. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not getting him done. this was funny as the medivet shawbirch advised against getting him done, and was polite about it. my dog does not need boas. i couldnt afford the tablets but felt forced to buy them as i felt i wouldnt be allowed to leave the practice with my dog if not, considering they said they would come to my house and take my dog if i didnt bring him in. will be moving vets now how dare you threaten to come to peoples houses. disgusting ruined my christmas eve and day. Not only this but now i feel forced to move vets. Thank you Shawbirch for all good you did do for myself and Gatti.”

“I took my cat to Medivet at Oakengates on friday and they where really good the staff are helpful and supportive it is a Friendly place the vet was really good with my cat has the cat can some times be nervous and anxious a round people but he was fine with the vet”

“I have had a problems for a long time with finding a right dental practice to suit my lifestyle. Ever since i started using Albert Dental Practice all of my problems have been sorted. Practice is open normally 6 days a week which means I could get booked and checked without interrupting my work balance. Ever since day one i felt very welcomed and very well looked after from Angela at reception all the way down to the dentist themselves. Every part of treatment was explained and dealt with on the highest level. Finally my children are not worried about their regular dental appointments. I wish more places have been like this.”

“It’s a Great gym and leisure facility and it has continued to improve since I became a member a couple years ago and offer lots of great services. It’s Very good price for all the facilities and it’s always quiet when I go. the management “Dan the man” and all the staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home safe and comfortable And all keep a high level of hygiene. They have bar and restaurant that’s discounted with the membership and also Indre who is fantastic and offers spa treatments and amazing massages. I won’t be leaving anytime soon and can’t wait to see what Dan does next with this wellness hub and community he has helped create and thrive.”
