We received a call on Friday evening to say our family kitten had been hit by a car and had been brought to them. From the reception staff to the vets, every single person in that building was amazing. We were offered drinks, a quiet room to let our emotions out and we were given as much time as we needed to discuss. Even though our little soldier wasn’t able to battle through his injuries I am so happy that he was brought into a place where the people have so much love and passion for their jobs. Thanks to these amazing people we were able to give our cat a final cuddle before he passed. Unfortunately our story wasn’t a happy ending however you can guarantee that these guys will look after your fur babies. Thank you so much for everything you did for us

Very happy with Medivets extremely competent staff and their practice centre. Polite and very helpful in explaining everything to me about my cockapoo puppy and treating her with love and care (squealed when she had her jabs but wagging her tail like a loon 2 seconds later). So glad I chose this practice rather than other options as they were everything I could hope for, for the future wellbeing of my Baby (that's her name).

Been attending this practice for weekly visits with very reactive dog for over a year now. Staff are super friendly, and go the extra mile, providing treats and play to help my dog accept attention and handling - always ready with advice and never complain about his loud barking!! As a rescue, not sure about his history, definitely starved and never exercised, think abused physically, very mistrustful of people. He's come on leaps and bounds as far as I'm concerned, and it's thanks to the dedicated staff at the practice. Thank you all.

After being unhappy with my first visit how poorly my boxer had been.I had paid on the first visit the first £36 and the medication given so £132 on the 28th Dec in total then Two weeks of no contact from Duncan after cancelling the care plan just a £269 bill with the first mention of debt collectors, I never wanted to walk through the door again . No empathy in regards to how my boxer was. Excuses of a bug in dogs over Xmas funny my other boxer was fine . The rudeness of Duncan and his condescending explanation to why he doesn't agree with his Spanish vet as to why my dog was so poorly . Now this morning another bill of £74 for one missed DD in Feb which was the first payments of £18 per dog £36 so where the rest comes from is unknown and another letter wanting to send me to debt collectors if not paid ASAP. Even though my DD is set up already for March at the Lawley branch . Are these guys vets ? Or credit services as absolutely no customer service at all or most importantly any interest to how my boxer was . Never once was he mentioned. Code of practice doesn't exist so please be careful before registration and taking out the care plan . Even the 10% discount given on the plan was added back on when I tried to cancel plus the other medication given when taken back as an emergency . No cancellation policy so now I'm stuck in a years contract but have been transferred to another branch ...

Lovely family feel to the practice. We have had excellent care of our cat who is now two years old. He’s had an eye operation for entropian and I am thrilled with the result. I get timely reminders for checkups and boosters. Staff are friendly and know my cat well. It’s easy to get an appointment. 100% recommend this vet for your pet.
