“I have been to Pets Corner at Dobbies, Donnington concession on three occasions in recent weeks, looking for alternatives to Whiskers and Iams kitten pouches, as our two kittens would only eat the jelly/gravy and waste the rest. They were happy enough to eat Iams dry kitten food, but didn't appear to be gaining weight, as they should. On my first visit, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady who talked me through the various options available, the differences between each option with regard to content and Real Meat percentages, and manufacturer details. I came away with a considered, individual selection of various brands in both pouch and tinned format, to trial. On my second and third visits, I was greeted by two different ladies, but each as friendly and knowledgeable as the first, and equally as helpful. Having chosen which food and formats the kittens preferred, they were then able to add extra of my choices to their stock requests, making it easy to collect and not run out. Highly recommended by me for friendliness, knowledgeability and helpfulness ... And by Nico and Sass, for great food!”

“What can I say about HOPE she was unbelievably he knowledge was fantastic she did not have to google anything she did not have to ask for help she knew her stuff my little pup has a food allergy that we found out about 3 days before going in to see HOPE told her about it unfortunately they did not do the food for my pup but after speaking to her for 10 15 minutes I felt I had to buy something from the store so we went down the treats she could have and again HOPE knew what would be good for her and what’s not good for her and when I got home my pup loved them and it did not seem to effect her in anyway so thank you HOPE”

“We've been with Vets4Pets Telford for nearly 10 years, and they have been incredible in looking after our 15-year-old French Bulldog, Chief. While we sadly had to say goodbye to him earlier this month, we know that the team here played a massive part in giving us so many cherished years with our boy. Anytime we had any worry at all, we were at the vet. From the days when Gilles was Head Vet and Tracey was on reception, to all the wonderful ladies on reception now, we're so grateful for all you did. A huge shoutout to the new lead vet, Eva, whom we adore. She has a soft spot for golden oldies, and Chief greatly benefited from that! Chief started acupuncture treatments with her, which was really helpful for him. We always knew Chief was in great hands, and we're so thankful for all she did in his last few days. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tash, Veterinary Nurse, who treated Chief as if he were her own. Your kindness and messages meant so much! We used to visit the vets so frequently that it's going to feel strange not being there all the time, but we still have our cat who will continue to be cared for by them. Thank you to the whole team at Vets4Pets Telford for looking after our warrior. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion all these years.”

“My dog stayed for a week at Chetwynd Firs, I feel he has received amazing care, I noticed his treats had been given to him and he seems in good health which indicates to me he's been treated well. The photos and updates are very reassuring, this is only if you pay for play sessions but you can call for updates. The staff were ever so kind, I trusted them and I feel they met my expectations. Thank you so much, I highly recommend and I'll be using you guys again in the future.”

“Medivet shawbirch are amazing, they saw my dog on short notice, multiple times and were friendly and informative. Eliza and Saski are both wonderful and caring and the people on the front desk are lovely, welcoming and chatty. However if they ever offer you an appointment with medivet oakengates DO NOT GO. Medivet oakengates was horrible service and treatment. I felt very pressured to get my dog neutered or have boas surgery and when said he would not be getting neutered i felt judged and pressured to consider it. When i said i didn't want too i was questioned as to why, its just preference. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong by not getting him done. this was funny as the medivet shawbirch advised against getting him done, and was polite about it. my dog does not need boas. i couldnt afford the tablets but felt forced to buy them as i felt i wouldnt be allowed to leave the practice with my dog if not, considering they said they would come to my house and take my dog if i didnt bring him in. will be moving vets now how dare you threaten to come to peoples houses. disgusting ruined my christmas eve and day. Not only this but now i feel forced to move vets. Thank you Shawbirch for all good you did do for myself and Gatti.”

“I took my cat to Medivet at Oakengates on friday and they where really good the staff are helpful and supportive it is a Friendly place the vet was really good with my cat has the cat can some times be nervous and anxious a round people but he was fine with the vet”

“Im really grateful that I found them. My dog is reactive with attitude and very moody…. She is also rescue so I always was afraid to take her to the vet. Here she is carrying very well, Patrycja (vet) and all the nurses are very understanding and helpful. My dog had a surgery and I was informed all the way how the situation look like and how my dog is. Another time she had breathing problem durning the night so I called them in the morning and my dog was seen one hour later and had another surgery. And again, I had received few phone calls with update. All staff are very helpful when I question them about some concerns or queries. Highly recommended.”

“If you want an escape, a feel like home, mama’s breakfast not commercialised one, a nice garden and quiet countryside this is a place for you! Bath/shower/toilets very clean and comfortable bed. I enjoyed my week stay and coming back for another. The host is a super human and she is very friendly”

“Thank you Katrina (hope that’s how you spell it). My daughter’s kitten is registered with this veterinary surgery (Lawley) they are superb. Called them in a state of distress. My 20 year old cat, who has not been to the vets for years and needed to take her last journey. Not quite knowing where to turn I called and the amount of compassion and care I got, I will be forever grateful. What seemed like impossible was made possible. My beautiful cat was put to sleep, calm and relaxed. Big thanks to the Oakengates surgery for this. I highly recommend both branches.”

“What an amazing place and would highly recommend. Firstly our fab Ky-Ky Bear. Teaching her with a huge amount of patience how fab hydrotherapy can be. From a concerned little lady to one that even got excited about Thursday because she know we'd be going to see the team and have a great hour of fuss and carefully monitored exercise. And now our Basil too. Dad can't touch Basil's feet but our Mandy has such the connection that we even get our nails clipped. And not to mention our darling and dear departed Mouse. The first regular customer all those years ago. A timeline of 3 different lives and everyone loves the place. Five star”

“I've been taking my dog here for years. They are brilliant. You can tell they care about every single dog they have coming through the door. Because they remember everything about the dog just by their name. Very professional and welcoming. And they do an amazing job with the dogs. Couldn't recommend this place enough!”

“On a short break in Telford. We checked in inside the pub and was in our room (in a modern building adjacent to the pub) within a few minutes. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. A bath and shower was a welcome addition rather than just one or the other. Nice large tv, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities were to hand. We had an evening meal in the pub (excellent value for money) followed by a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended by us and would come again for sure.”

“I have been with Haygate vets for around twenty years. I have never had reason to fault any aspect of care that any of my animals have received. All vets have always been very thorough and all members of staff are always very efficient and pleasant. The compassion they have shown to me when I have lost animals was amazing with Sarah coming to my home to give me her honest,trusted advice. I tend to use Oakengates practice mostly and the reason for this is Norma! To me she is the face of Haygate and the main reason I stay with the practice”
