“Our first time trying Caprino’s. They didn’t disappoint! The place was clean and very well presented. The staff were friendly and professional when we placed our order. Extremely good value for money. High quality food and very affordable prices. It so nice to find a pizza shop where the pizzas don’t come smothered in grease. Will definitely be ordering again. “Food arrivwd however order was slightly wrong. Driver made me aware straight away, apologised and said to keep the food and he would be back asap with my order freshly cooked. 15 minutes later he came back with my original order and the food was piping hot. Can't fault these guys service at all!!! Will 100% be going back again.”

“I booked a room for family members, and they had a lovely stay. The team at this premier inn were brilliant, very helpful and really pleasant. The room its self looked old and tired, but it was very clean. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but it’s not open yet, so we booked breakfast in the pub opposite, which was very nice.”

“Always enjoy eating here. We went for the buffet so food is always fresh. We got there at 12 as it opened so we didnt have to wait and it wasnt too busy at that time. Food areas were clean and staff were friendly.”

“Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but this Mongolian BBQ blew me away. The selection of meats and veggies was super fresh, and I loved being able to create my own custom sauce blend – experimenting is half the fun! Watching the chefs work their magic on the giant grill was mesmerizing, and the food came out perfectly cooked every time. Plus, the all-you-can-eat aspect meant I could really try a bit of everything without feeling guilty. Definitely going back soon!”

A special mention to Mac ('Big Mac') who was a delight to chat to and really looked after us. An excellent choice of food, including some new dishes for us, and quick service. The food was tasty, sensibly priced and generously portioned. The lemon chilli rice was lovely - we can't get this where we live. We'll definitely make a return visit the next time we're in Newport.”
