   The fries in my order arrived burnt, and when I telephoned to ask about it, I was told this is “..how they’re meant to be,” and the call ended quite abruptly. I was quite happy to have addressed this privately, but the dismissive response made it necessary to share my experience here. I hope this helps ensure other customers do not have a similar experience.

   Dinner this evening was from the lovely Caprinos Pizza in Telford! The staff pride themselves on the cleanliness of the store, quick service but still remaining friendly and polite. The food was delicious, perfectly priced and definitely rivalled competitors throughout the area. We collected our meal which was a 9" deal and a 15" margherita pizza and a side of mac and cheese bites, all the food upon arriving home was piping hot, I don't think we've ever taken home food and it still been that warm! The pizza was super tasty with soft and fluffy tough and topped with plenty of cheese, the Mac and cheese bites melt in your mouth too! Wow! We are so impressed and will be recommending to all our family and friends. Thank you so much guys, and we will be returning soon but adding dessert to our order next time!

   Our first time trying Caprino’s. They didn’t disappoint! The place was clean and very well presented. The staff were friendly and professional when we placed our order. Extremely good value for money. High quality food and very affordable prices. It so nice to find a pizza shop where the pizzas don’t come smothered in grease. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks guys.

   Ordered food for first time and it was lovely 2nd time was undercooked and stale so owner of company shezard got intouch and offered free food next time as a sorry Ordered our free food and it was worse than ever stale and undercooked I've got pictures to prove I approached the owner again to discover him reading my messages and then blocking me I'd advise to spend your money elsewhere

   Had pizza delivered from here a few time now and absolutely love it. The pizzas always arrive hot even though we live quite far away from the restaurant. We always order sides and deserts and have always been happy with the taste and quality. My only disappointment was last night's order. Ordered just a margarita pizza as I wasn't feeling well and found it quite dry and didn't really enjoy it, but hoping this was just a one off as I have always enjoyed other pizzas I ordered

   Always cautious of pizzas as there are a few dodgy ones, however this is my second from this caprinos and both times my pizzas have been phenomenal, warm when I receive them, tasty and don't leave a horrible oily feeling in your mouth definitely worth a shot thank you again ill be back =) (this was create your own, thin crust bacon pepperoni, onions and spinach it was lovely could've done with more spinach but was still good)
