Had the 14.99 meal deal for 4 people (14.99 each) good choices and delicious food. Service good. We had to use the online ordering from the table. The process is slow, and I would prefer a staff member explain the menu. Having said that, the young man who served us was very helpful. Good value for money and a good time Had by all.

Great pizza hut, I've put 4 stars on everything due to Google bugging out and not showing me what im starring, nice food in a good location, the issues here are out of staffs control, cant fault the staff though, friendly, werent over bearing ( when they ask if your OK every 10 seconds ) was able to just sit and enjoy our food. The issues come with price, which im sure drives away a lot of customers. The other issue was noise levels, pizza hut is a family restaurant I get that, but as a couple with no children, to sit us in the middle of 5 tables full off kids when the other side of the resteraunt had empty tables with quiter people such as elderly and teenagers for us made us feel out of place and took away from being able to actually enjoy there food, its noones fault, screaming kids is a thing, let them be loud and enjoy themselves, its a nice family day out, but allow the ones who just want food to actually not have to listen to it from 1 meter away. Food was well prepared, service was good, friendly and the resteraunt in general was very clean. This was a lunch time meal with a lunch time buffet.

Despite being busy with kids half term the young lad checked we were ok using our phone to order the meals, not buffet. The food arrived in a reason time and salad bar was well stocked. The same young lad was busy having clear round the ice cream machine after the "messy" kids had been round it.

Always enjoy eating here. We went for the buffet so food is always fresh. We got there at 12 as it opened so we didnt have to wait and it wasnt too busy at that time. Food areas were clean and staff were friendly.

We haven’t been to a pizza hut in the best part of 15 years since we first started dating down in devon (we don’t have any local pizza huts left anymore!) but both of us were really impressed with how it all was. Tyler our server was faultless; very polite and made us feel welcome. Didn’t have to wait too long for our food; was exactly how we remembered it when it did come out. Only slight bug was the inflated prices; they are far higher than i ever remember, thankfully as EMS we used the blue light discount that pizza hut offer, which made the prices then reasonable - but if we didn’t have that it could be argued that value for money would be questionable. Good pizza and the staff were top notch - so 5* from me.

Not been here for a while and with the inflated price for a pizza, side salads and side of fries I don’t think I will be returning. First thing it’s now cashless and QR code ordering, followed by waiting half an hour for your self service bottomless glass. The contents of the salad bar was generally mixed between the containers. The self service soft serve sauce bottles had sticky residue all over them and needed a clean down. Only one hand rail to help people access the mezzanine level was still attached. Also I had to push my chair red back together as it wast separating on all the joints not safe at all.

Again, another good hour and half out with a friend! Food was constantly replenished. Hot and easy to reach. A help yourself service if you're having an all you can eat offer. This includes pizza and salad for 13.99, however, for an extra £4 you can get drinks and refill ice cream. Great offers and great food. No problems with the service or the food each time we have gone. Worth going if you're a pizza fan!

Better pizza at spoons lol This is speculating but pretty sure it's all frozen premade garbage. Biggest issue other than terrible pizza was that there was no regular pepsi and only sugar free. Better labling of buffet salad suases needed

I’m not sure why I always go in with high expectations. The biggest issue this evening was the volume. There’s very little fabric in the design of the interior so everything echoes, but on this occasion there were one or two staff members who also felt the need to continuously shout to each other across the restaurant. I like that you can order and pay online - very convenient. I’m less impressed as a vegan that all the vegan options cost at least £1 more. I hope Pizza Hut aren’t claiming green credentials based on this, as if you’re charging it to the customer then it’s me who’s saving the world, not you. Pizza Hut restaurants hardly even use any cheese on their pizzas anyway, so there’s no way on earth that the vegan cheese should cost an extra pound.

I loved this branch, it was easy to find a spot to set, thanks to the staff, the food was excellent and well done, the salad station was of many types and all refilled, finally, it was easy to pay using the app. There was enough space to park in front of it ( free of charge).
