   Collected the pizza. They got it wrong. The woman on the phone was a complete dragon! I suggested that they deliver me the correct pizza, I was willing to pay at a discount, and I would send the pizza which was wrong back complete/untouched. She refused to cooperate.

   I was charged for extra chicken but we barely could find any and cheese had strange taste , mushrooms was for rubbish as well . Every time when we crave pizza we buy it from there but today was the last time . We are very disappointed and will never order again and recommend to anyone else the same .

   This is the second time I've ordered from here in the last month and never again! Food is terrible! Undercooked and lacking toppings! It's ridiculous that I am forced to use this as my delivery and cannot choose a different Pizza Hut! Never again! Just look at the so called cheesy garlic bread I received! Hardly any cheese, bread was cold, pale and soft. And the tiniest amount of cheese that has been put on, couldn't even melt! I have also complained higher up on this chain!

   BEWARE!!!!! Toppings stuck to box!!! I think the pictures say it all, I ordered extra cheese and a stuffed crust, the pizza arrived, and as we opened the box, the entire pizza came with it, until only the base of dough fell into the box, all of the toppings were smashed to the top of the box And held in place by the extra cheese I paid for?!! Absolutely terrible, the pizza or should I say the naked dough that was left over was freezing cold and I’ve already asked for a refund. The delivery driver must’ve stuffed his boot so much that my pizza was just squashed, I paid £30 for something I didn’t eat.

   Absolutely disgusting freezing cold food, lazy delivery driver. Staff lie through there back teeth!! And would not offer any compensation and lied about delivery

   Ordered online for the first time, we usually do it over the phone. Got the order correct, despite the app messing about a little. Didn't have yo wait long for the order either, when we picked it up, which was a bonus, as they usually say 20mins, but its often a lot longer.

   Orderd food at three o clock for five food turns up 50 minutes late after being told a pack of lies over the phone, food turns up cold, when you try to complain the owner of the franchise zoltan trys to fob you off with having to go through customer service, and email back. Blames a staff shortage but happy to take money and orders they can't fullfill total joke of a manager. Avoid at all costs

   Ordered a pizza, told there was a delay which was fine. But it’s coming up to 2 hours, and still no pizza. Called the phone number and took 7 attempts to get an answer. When they finally answer the phone the guy says that it still hasn’t left. I got told ‘you can come and collect it, it might be quicker!’ Those exact words was not something I wanted to hear. Asked them to cancel the order, I rang up Dominos straight away and was told that I would have the pizza within 30 minutes. How hard can it be Pizza Hut?? Shocking service from a well known brand! And by looking at your reviews, it looks like you don’t improve on your past mistakes.
