   I ordered a The Works pizza with the original base, and I specifically asked to remove the Italian style sausage. Unfortunately, the order didn’t meet my expectations: the pizza was very thin in the center and too thick around the edges, and the ingredient I asked to remove was still there. It was disappointing to receive an order that wasn’t prepared as requested. I hope the quality and attention to customer preferences will improve

   I ordered a promotion 2 for 1 Pizza offer for Uber delivery. Total cost for just that £32.75 - Only one Pizza was delivered in a damaged box and damaged seal, COLD and barely any topping. When I enquired where the other pizza was the delivery driver just shrugged & walked away without a word. Save yourself a lot of time trouble & inconvenience by ordering elsewhere. I’d star it at nil if that was possible

   I’ve honestly never had a problem with Papa Johns, Lawley. The pizzas I’ve had from them have always been fresh, hot, and very tasty. And their service has always been top notch. For me, Papa Johns is something I’ll get when I want to treat myself. The collection deal is unbeatable. And the garlic & herb sauce is something I’d always come back for. Quite recently, I got to try the brownie; which was also pretty good! I am bemused by the high number of negative reviews. I’m never normally the lucky person. So I can’t understand why my experiences have all been top class.

   Great place to pick up a pizza the service is quick and friendly too. If you're in need of a pizza then pop down and get one sorted. The menu gives you options so you can add things you like and takeaway items you don't want also have extra items the choice is yours.

   Pleasantly surprised after some of the dodgy reviews but think a lot of them are for poor delivery - we collected, ordered online and 25 mins later ready to collect, brought home journey 15 mins and still nice and hot, good toppings would use again.

   Pizza arrived (28minutes ago) like a piece of cardboard as it was borderline burnt. Dry, chewy and tasteless. Person on the phone couldn't care less and now I have to wait for a manager to call me back as he's apparently on delivery's. Won't be bothering again that's for sure. Would give 0 stars if I could.

   Pizza's lacked in toppings so 3 different pizzas tasted the same. Pre-ordered 2 hours before collection but still had to wait 20mins for pizzas to be cooked. By no means the worst experience though

   Food was prepared very quickly and was delicious. The offers are always great and with a young family there is usually an offer to suit us as a family of 5. However, parking is horrendous outside of this place. Not ideal if you have children in the car. The disabled bays seem to be used by everyone regardless of a blue badge and access to houses is very limited which irritates the residents if your parked outside to collect your food. Staff were friendly and welcoming but the delivery drivers don't have a care for customers and dump their cars wherever suits (in an area which is already ridiculous for parking anyway)

   The chicken wings were slimy and full of fat, very little meat, totally inedible so they went in the bin. The side of potato and bacon with cheese was a disaster, they were cheap mini rosti's from a wholesaler covered in cheese with roughly 4 pieces of bacon and no honey and no mustard dip to be seen. The whole meal was a complete waste of money and the only pleasant part of the experience was the politeness of you delivery driver.
