The food was really great and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Ashley and Ryan both served our table and made our experience easy and enjoyable. I also have endless appreciation for the other waitress (I didn't catch her name) for the way she dealt with the Karen at another table who was being a complete b*tch the whole time. Karen was complaining loudly about not having her dessert served with the other three at her table (three had been sent out together and the waitress was in the process of getting the fourth, but that apparently wasn't good enough. She seemed to think the server should have grown an extra arm or something). I have zero patience for c*nts like this lady was and I really appreciate the waitress for handling it without letting her ruin everyone else's experience. She also deserves credit for the way she resisted insulting Karen's intensely ugly outfit. I'm not sure I could have done that. (No amount of spoons will make that outfit any less ugly). All in all, really great experience and couldn't recommend the food more. I had to take some home, the portion sizes were so good. Will definitely go again.

Ashley was our waitress and he was great, made us feel welcome, was very polite! Food was 10/10 so was the desert. Will 100% come again! Came to use my birthday freebies and start my birthday early!

My son said this is his new favourite place to eat. Have to agree, the portions were a good size, the place was super clean and staff were helpful and friendly too. Meals were delicious and the seating choices have somewhere for everyone to feel comfortable, lots of space. My son is autistic so we had a nice quiet booth. Lots of choice for adults and children. Atmosphere was super chill... really nice experience. Will be going back for sure.

Very nice restaurant and enjoyed a lovely pizza. Only downside , our reserved table wasn't ready, it was full of dirty crockery! Not what you're expecting on your first visit. Friendly staff and nice inside too

Me and my partner went in this evening about 5pm with our baby. We went to sit down by the window in a booth to be told we can't sit there with our pushchair and granted the restaurant was empty and was given no explanation to why secondly was told that it was card payments only which I completely disagree with this new enforced rule on people dining out. If you are going out for shopping food ect you should be able to pay however you wish! We decided to stay anyway as we needed to feed our daughter. My partner pays for a thing called taste card and was also told we couldn't use that either. The waitress was very unhelpful and made us feel like us just being there was an inconvenience. As a waitress myself I know working this time of year can be difficult but you should never make your customers feel this way. And for that reason we won't be returning!

Very mixed feelings about this visit to Zizzi Telford. First of we booked a table but took a short while to be seated by a manager (for reasons I'm not sure). We were given menus but then shortly after was asked to order on line. The app is shocking, took an age to navigate. Gluten free pizza can be sorted but not Garlic Bread (why???) So from being seated to getting a drink was 20 mins, starter 10 mins later. So food was actually pretty good and the limited amount of table was fine too. I'm sad that the restaurant experience is now being lost to ordering online whilst being sat in a restaurant. Also Zizzi are now cashless!!! But are happy to receive cash tip. Make your minds up, are you cashless or not!!!

Really nice food but not at all impressed by the service. Although our waitress was really friendly, it was 20 minutes before we had our drinks order taken. We werenโt sure whether to order via the QR code or not (the staff seemed indecisive) and our food order came in dribs and drabs. The maรฎtre d was very rude when we enquired about the wait time and the staff were also rude when we questioned the tip. Very disappointing overall as the good was really good. The staff seemed much more concerned with the takeaway orders rather than the in-house diners.

Calamari is disappointing (both portion and taste) when comparing to the same starter at Bella Italia and Pizza Express nearby. But the other 2 pasta are excellent, especially Ravioli, I finished it all which is quite unusual. Staff are also friendly. You can make the order with staff or online with your mobile phone. I have ordered the drinks with the staff and ordered food with their website. But I have problem with payment with the website so I finally paying using the traditional way with the staff.
