   Shocking behaviour. Messing up courses, trying to take students with ehcps backwards, wonder why that is? Update, went through appeal, useless. Left my daughter hanging for the best part of a month. To say no. Stressing students out. Your job is to help students reach their goals not push them back, tell them they can't do something when they know they can. How is that helpful making someone feel rubbish about themselves. I would not advice this place for any individuals with additional needs. Very disappointing.

   Absolutely terrible. Studied mechanics level 2. I left because of bullies. I'm an older female and was bullied and harnessed. Had no support from the tutor Dave who quite honestly couldn't care less on what students achieve and when asking for help just expected me to have 10 years of knowledge like he did. I raised concerns and it wasn't heard. I went above his head and then he wasn't teaching me at all and excluded me. So I left. It's honestly ridiculous. Will be going to shrewsbury college instead of here again. Huge mistake to go here. Staff there to collect pay slip but not help and actually educate people

   I studied here 2011(Level 2 Art & Design ) and in 2012 (Level 3 Art, Design and Media). At that time it was amazing. The staff were amazing, good facilities. Teachers were all knowledgeable and helpful. I managed to get a place at University of the Arts London after attending Telford College.

   If I could give this disgusting place less I would, I was given hardly any support, this college received government funding for me and not a penny of it was spent towards my education, if you are able to go somewhere else do, my law course went through 6 different teachers in the span of 5 months, and due to that we were behind, and were told it was our fault that we were behind I got sick of the college and dropped out

   I used to love the college in my first year straight after covid had hit but it declined during my second year with multiple teachers leaving within the space of a few months at a time which deeply disrupted everyone’s learning. We had 3 psychology teachers in the space of second year whom all was fired or quit for various reasons. The college isn’t too bad in itself, great environment and some teachers are simply amazing and will definitely help you but with the lack of consistency it did make the experience towards the end poor and ultimately frustrating with teachers not taking it seriously when these feelings were expressed.

   My teachers were ok. studied here for 2 years. But had hardly any support especially when it came to my mental health within the college, safeguarding team were appalling with support and the finance team were pure rude when i tried sorting out grants etc. ended up having to drop out because I did not have a good experience. I don't even think the teachers enjoy working there half the time and you can tell. I also know people who have been bullied or beaten up on the grounds and the way the college deal with it all is shocking. Try to cover it all up to make them look good. My advice? Go to shrewsbury or wolverhampton college instead. better than this lousy excuse of a education facility.

   The Maths department at Telford College are terrible and inadequate. I am not publicly disclosing which student I am or have been so therefore using this private account. I would give the Maths department 0 stars if I could. Also, I have found out the Maths department have breached safeguarding regulations in the UK because one time they told me I can sit an exam with a bunch of grown ups in an adult sitting and I'm a minor under the age of 18 so said no because I don't think that is right. I certainly feel more comfortable sitting exams with young people and not with a bunch of grown adults who have not been DBI checked by the college. For all I know I could be sitting in a room with a dangerous individual who's taking his exam. What are the college's management team going to do with this department moving forward? Because I'm not even the only one who has had a bad experience with the Maths team at Telford College. This clearly should be a focus department the college should be looking at improving. On a positive note the English department is one of the best in my opinion. I also have a great GCSE English grade. It shouldn't be one department doing better than the other. Thanks for the lack of support and for letting me down Telford College Maths department. P.S anyone else who has had or is having a bad experience with the Maths team in what ever way at this college don't worry it's not the end of the world. Never give up :)
