   ⭐ 1 Star Review: Avoid at All Costs Pizza Time – 14 High Street, Telford TF7 5AQ Absolutely disgraceful experience. I ordered food to my hotel, but the delivery driver claimed he couldn’t reach me due to poor phone reception and took the food back. When I called to sort it out, the manager was rude, aggressive, and used racist and foul language. I was even told, “If you have the balls, come to the shop and we’ll deal with you.” No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. I have reported this incident to the police for racial abuse and threats. Avoid this place completely — no food is worth being treated like this.

   Ordered two large kebabs however if you put the two together you'd be lucky to end up with a medium sized kebab! I phoned to complain only to be told the chef confirmed they were large... If he'd ordered large kebabs and paid £17 I'm sure he'd have something to say... Shocking!!!!!

   Ordered from here last Monday 2 pizzas for myself and my wife - Was horrified to find 3 dark black curly hairs sticking out of the cheese in my pizza. Waiting on a refund, but based on what I’ve read on other reviews; I doubt I’ll get one. Do yourself a solid, don’t order from here; spend you cash elsewhere!!

   Ordered two mixed kababs the small one was fine the large one was just pure fat I’m 5 and half months pregnant so rang up and said the man laughed at me not only that was really rude asked if there was anything they can do he then replied with attitude saying he’s the manager and he carnt give me a refund untill the “gaffer” was back from Pakistan I asked how long that would be he told me 4 weeks. Not only have a just wasted food on something I carnt eat but carnt even have my money back!

   This pizza place is the worst place I’ve been too I was expecting lush in my mouth but ended up with dog food my friend clearly said one of the orders and ended not receiving the garlic bread but still was charged for it my stomach hurts is ruling and gruling after this food the food was wet and floated in water and grease and the chicken nuggets looked like they were microwave and were left there on the side

   honestly so bad. my boyfriend just ordered us food and the chips tasted like pure cardboard, the pizza was really oily and the chicken wrap had no taste to it. it was like the chips had been left out after being cooked and then put into the microwave to be warmed up for delivery. money wasted, we are not happy. don’t order from this place. food wasn’t even put into a bag, just wrapped in a thin sheet of paper.
