Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but this Mongolian BBQ blew me away. The selection of meats and veggies was super fresh, and I loved being able to create my own custom sauce blend β experimenting is half the fun! Watching the chefs work their magic on the giant grill was mesmerizing, and the food came out perfectly cooked every time. Plus, the all-you-can-eat aspect meant I could really try a bit of everything without feeling guilty. Definitely going back soon!

First time coming here and have to say, AMAZING. Came a bit early so we went to the βpubβ area of Jenkoβs. Staff were very kind and friendly. When it was time to be seated. We were given a nice warm welcome, an introduction on how the place works and how you get your meals done. Very helpful. Foodwise, very good and delicious. They do a good job at catering for celiacs and those who have lactose intolerance. Pricewise, decent. The all-you-can-eat Mongolian is worth every penny. However the sides and drinks, such as chips and Koppabergs, for example were a bit pricey. The atmosphere on Friday nights is great however. People bring their own vinyls in and itβs just a really nice place to be at. Definitely going to come here again. Truly great!

A beautiful gem right on my doorstep! Having lived in Telford for 16 years Iβve only visited Jenkos once, this was during its time as a Brazilian BBQ, and I was blown away by it, however now it is a Mongolian BBQ, once again I was blown away. Β£22 per person for as much freshly cooked food as you want was mind blowing. You choose your own meat, veg, spices and sauces and let the chef cook it in front of you. Stunning food, attentive staff and friendly atmosphere. The only thing Iβd change personally was having to enter through the bar but was still worth every penny!

First time visit. This place came recommended and I have driven past it for years. The staff were friendly who explained the process, however it was the process that let our experience down a bit. We got up from our table at like 6:05pm and sat back down at 6:30pm with our food. The process is, you go up from your table, grab a silver bowl, fill up your vegetables, then pick your meat, then turn to pick your spices as per the picture attached to make a spice/sauce base. Then you had it to the cooks at the hot plate who pour it on and cook it. you stand and watch whilst it cooks. The problem is, you stand for a good while in this line, they move the food around, right to left and you moved along, level with your food, but standing, literally shoulder to shoulder with other diners, who are not part of your party isn't the best, the space is quite cramped and it all gets a bit much. The cooks don't interact, no flair, conversation or facts, I know they're there to cook the food, but a bit of passion would be good. Once you have your food, you sit down, eat in about 10 minutes and then think, should I join that big line again for a second bowl. In all we spent Β£22 per person for all you can eat and had 2 bowls each. starting from 6pm to 7:15pm, with very little chance to sit down and interact at the table. More time standing up. Pudding was good, Pavlova and a cheesecake, 5.95 each. Whilst the food was good, we probably won't be back as we just didn't like the experience of standing up more than sitting. I think you do have to try it once as it could be for you! It's definitely not 1 star as others have given for food.

Iβm not really sure whatβs Mongolian about this place. I really like the concept of picking your own veg meat and seasoning but the bowls are too small to properly season the food because you canβt mix it and all the seasoning just stays on top. If you had a big bowl you could toss the food and it would coat the food nicely and lead to a better tasting experience. When you get more than a few tables eating you have to stand in line and wait for your food to be cooked so itβs not a very social dining experience. The staff were all really nice, polite and welcoming and the place is decorated nicely.

If I could describe it in one word I would say HORRIBLE! The food was burnt that made the taste bitter, the meat slices are too thick hence the vegetables and other herbs that mixed with the meat have turned into a black lumpy charcoal, the noodles are mushy and tasteless. The young "chef" seems a nice boy but obviously inexperienced. The tall waitress was lovely and the place is okay. Last but not least, as a Mongolian neighbor, they should be ashamed to represent Mongolian food!

Myself and my wife loved a great Mongolian restaurant in Tenerife and as a surprise I took her here for her birthday. We actually travelled all the way from Manchester as there's not a massive number of good Mongolian style BBQ restaurants up this part of the world. It was worth the trip and we weren't disappointed, great selection of meat, vegetables and also herbs and spices too. The restaurant and general surroundings are nice with friendly staff too.

Had a really great night a Jenko's. Select your own fresh meat, veg, spices and sauces and the food is cooked right in front of you on the Mongolian hot plate, really great experience and something quite different to just ordering food which is then brought to the table. It was quite busy but staff were friendly and organised so wait times didn't seem so long! Will definitely be back! Not sure how veggies/vegans would fare as it's all cooked together but they may offer a separate grill in the enclosed kitchen for such dietary requirements.
