   I visted your store today as our family pet has passed away and my younger boy was so upset. I traveled out wasting my time and my fuel. I was greeted by your manager as all I wanted was to buy a hamster. They tried to upsell me an expensive cage and in the end we decided against it. We already have a dwarf hamster cage so we decided to buy a very small dwarf hamster. The manager decided to ask me for proof we had this cage so I showed him and he immediately seemed annoyed that we already had a cage so he couldn't upsell to me no more. He then decided to refuse to sell us any pet. This is disgusting behaviour of your staff. I used to be a CEO and this is not how you treat people.

   My fiancée, future sister-in-law, and I visited Pets at Home to purchase a complete Syrian hamster setup, and we had an amazing experience! We were assisted by Hannah, who was an absolute delight. She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about Syrian hamsters and what we needed. I really appreciated that the information Hannah provided focused on the animal's welfare. She spoke in depth about why each part of the setup was important, ensuring we understood the needs of our new pet. Thanks to Hannah's excellent customer service and expertise, my future sister-in-law left with a complete setup and a beautiful Syrian hamster named Evangeline! I'm really impressed with the level of service and knowledge at Pets at Home!

   I went in store today to choose what food I was going to put my puppy on. A lady called Katie started talking to us and giving us advise. Katie even went off to speak to the manger to help us further with questions we had asked her. Katie's customer service was impeccable, nothing was to much hassle, she told us to come back with our puppy so she can size his harness up in a few weeks. Katie thankyou! You made us feel safe with your customer care and advise, you are a huge credit to the company!!! Please can you pass this on. Can't wait to come next time with our pup!!! 5 star!!!!!

   Customer service is always great, sadly I placed a click and collect (paid for) for a £57 bag of dog food and they gave me a £46 bag of an alternative brand without refunding the difference - I've spoken to the store and they have advised they will exchange for the product I paid for. Nice range of items, customer service is friendly and they were brilliant when I advised of the issue, it wasn't a problem and they immediately put my original required product behind the till for when I finished work to collect. Would recommend and will shop with them again.
