Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, Keith went out of his way to help kit us out with equipment for our kids tropical fish tank.
The staff put on a really good game of find the nemo fish, my little girl Olivia really enjoyed searching the store for them. Great idea
Chrissy was wonderful, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. They had an excellent selection of fish in stock. (Our browse turned into coming home with new additions to our tropical tank!!). The tanks were clean and the fish looked well kept and healthy. Definitely will shop here again.

Went into Maidenhead Aquatics this afternoon - all staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Advised us on what was needed and punted us to some buy one get one free fish! Fabulous!
A briliant fish stockist, really helpful and knowledgeable staff who clearly care about the welfare of their fish. Have bought really healthy gouramis, clown loaches and zebra danios, who have all settled into their new tank really well. When I have had questions and an unfortunate outbreak of whitespot, Maidenhead Aquatics were happy to talk through treatment etc on the telephone and also supplied a far more effective treatment. All cleared up within 7 days and really pleased. Keep up the great work.
