Arrived promptly and happy with product (grooming spray), but was charged extra for shipping to Northern Ireland, despite item being sent via Royal Mail, who themselves don't actually charge any additional fees to NI, so this was a little frustrating.
I’m sorry, I don’t usually write bad reviews but I got the mutneys wide blade kit from your company and I must say they are absolutely the worst blades I have ever had and used in my life. They do not work properly or efficiently. They have dragged from the start even on a clean coat or a non hairy coat. I have oiled them, used the sanitising spray and they still don’t work properly ever , every now and then I probably get 10 seconds worth of use every now and then. I didn’t think anything of it at the start but I got them sharpened thinking they just needed sharpening but they are still the same and even so just getting worse and worse over time not that I can actually get a dogs coat clipped with them apart from 10 seconds worth before they go back to not working. I was going to sell them as I cannot return them obviously but I don’t think I will be able to even sell them with the state that they work in so now I’m stuck with them. Absolute Waste of money they need fixing or upgrading mutneys.
Use the Gentle puppy shampoo on all our dogs even the adults. Their coats are so shiny and soft. Have tried other shampoos and none have been as good as this. Customer service always first class and speedy delivery of items

Absolutely terrible service. Sent a blaster off to be serviced. They took a long time and when it came back the motors has been changed to less powerful ones. At not point did they inform me of this. Three months later after they agreed to refund the motor prices and at ny expense with postage. I still haven't received the blaster back not the drier. Cannot recommend definitely dont use

Great customer service. Product was not in stock and I was emailed immediately and informed when they would be back in stock. I'm not a professional groomer so I asked for advice on the combs I had ordered and I was given information that I needed to proceed with the order. Constantly kept in touch about expected delivery date
