My dog loves us visiting bridgemere, she knows instantly that she’s at her favourite treat shop, the treats are always in stock and good value on a 5 for the price of 4 deal . Lovely staff who always welcome you in with a smile and hello.
We’ve always popped into the store at Bridgemere when visiting the garden centre. Our dogs get upset if we don’t. We always feel very welcome, Reilly ( Greyhound) and Kobi (Rhodesian Ridgeback)love the fuss. Kobi has especially enjoyed puppy hour!! Having some interaction with other breeds and learning some new tricks. He has made some really nice puppy friends. Your team at this store are fantastic. See you again soon xx
Alfie loved attending the puppy hour at Bridgemere, Pets Corner. The staff (Lauren & Grace) were always so welcoming and knowledgeable, providing fun, interactive sessions for the puppies, and ensuring all the puppies needs were met- thank you! Would highly recommend- love Alfie xxx
I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at Pets Corner at Bridgemere. Everyone has gone above and beyond their duties to help with the needs of my elderly cat, Rosie. I have now achieved a good diet plan which as aided Rosie to loose weight and so help with her joint problem. I always look forward to the welcome and advice I receive, see you soon!
Never been to a pet shop where the staff are as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products as here! Spoke to Sam about my cockapoo who suffers from allergies and she has helped me in changing her diet and hopefully improving her health. Thank you and be visiting again soon!
I always have a wonderful experience when shopping at pet corner in Bridgemere , the staff are always helpful and friendly , especially one staff member Sam I always find myself talking to not just about different treats or foods for my dog but about other things too I try not to keep her too long since she has other customers too. It's wonderful to have someone help you find something you need and also be able to feel comfortable and have a little chat with them because it not only makes my day but I think it makes the staff's day too to be able to have a little chat with there customers. Thank you Sam for all your help and keep up the wonderful job and keep smiling because that can brighten anyone's day.
Absolutely fantastic shopping experience. I took my dog into be weighed and to buy special food as my dog has kidney failure and Danielle was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained things very well. Both my dog and I enjoyed shopping here. Thank you very much Danielle
Our experience at the Bridgemere shop was excellent. Sam & Lauren could not have been more helpful and attentive. They went out of their way in helping to find the correct harness for our Golden Retriever- Gunna. They spent a lot of time in ensuring that he had the right harness and that it fitted properly. They were also very helpful in suggesting food for his condition. It was good old fashioned service with a smile, much appreciated. They should be rewarded for their work, they are a real asset to the company. We shall certainly return and tell our friends how good the experience was.
We visited the store at bridgemere garden centre in Nantwich today and was served by Sam who was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning!! Thank you Sam
Recently came into the Bridgemere store with my 6 month old puppy Benny for a harness fitting. James was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He answered all of our questions and helped recommend a number of products for Benny! He helped us try on and fit a number of different harnesses and coats and always had a smile on his face! He was enthusuastic, compassionate and kind and made Benny feel very comfortable. We can't thank him enough for the help and time he gave us, we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you James!
