Great stuff for our pets, helpful staff.
Like pets at home but with better value. They stock a wide range of own-label quality items, their premium dog foods are at least equal in quality and only slightly half the cost of equivalent branded versions. The only downside is that they struggle to keep stock of the most popular raw foods sometimes. The staff are great! Always friendly and helpful with advice where possible.

We have three terrapins and a tetra fish and when it comes to buying the products to clean the tanks unfortunately Penparc doesn't have tap safe which is quite vital for having suitable water for animals, they have a good selection of products but they need to start stocking tap safe otherwise I'd rather pay a bit extra and get all products from one shop
Very friendly staff, Rabbit food & Hay much cheaper. I have 9 Rabbits to please & trust me they are very picky. Plus a good selection of Rabbit toys & treats.

It is lovely to take Toffee dog into the shop, everyone makes a fuss of him. We end up buying all sorts of treats to try. He loves his toys that we buy him from Penparc.Just wish Penparc were on twitter
