    Completely ridiculous service they cancelled my dogs appointments 3 times in a row with ridiculous and varying excuses. Then another 2 month wait! When you get in they are sub par but for convenience I use them. the customer service is atrocious cancelling appointments last minute and the manager Lucy had nothing to say except there was no availability. My advise is avoid at all costs! Absolutely disgusting!

    WARNING! Cannot warn customers enough of how bad this place is!!!! Not too sure what has happened but used to be friendly and professional however, in the last year it has changed...for the worse. Poor attitude from the manager and my dogs treated terribly! My dog came out like a sheered sheep rather than a cockerpoo!! I refused to sign contract as wasn't happy with her response, the additional charges or the quality of the service at all and she then refused to hand the dogs over if I didn't sign - terrorising my dogs in the process. I have complained to HO but just totally ignored. They just don't care at all. Everyone I know with dogs warned me not to take my dogs there - I didn't listen but I found out the hard way - they offer a terrible service. Interestingly, I work for a large organisation in Telford and the word is getting around to avoid this place at all costs. ZERO stars if possible!

    DO NOT USE PETS AT HOME GROOM ROOM!!! ****Please be aware do not use Petsathome Groomroom **** You take your dog for a groom and after a consultation of what is going to be done this is what you end up with! Daisy Woodcock if the supposed stylist!! Otis had a few mats under his chin and behind his ears to which we were advised they may need to go a little shorter than the teddy bear look. We agreed. We picked him up and this is what we got, absolute shambles! And the deputy manager said to us “ what do you want me to do glue his hair back on?” Currently under investigation.

    Such a friendly team at The Groom Room in Telford. Bertie gets so excited when we drive into the car park! He can't wait to get in there and always looks so special afterwards. Highly recommended.

    MIRACLE WORKERS! Love these groomers, and my dog loves them too... super friendly, professional and do the best job on Polo's double coat and I'd be lost without them. They get booked up fast so best to book in advance and the price is really reasonable. Thanks a million you lovely lot!
