   Good shop for options but some of the staff could do with some work on interactions. Took my 13 week old puppy in today, his first trip to the pet shop to socialise him, and he was completely ignored twice by one of the staff members, despite him making it apparent that he was excited to be there and wanted a hello. Seemed an inconvenience that we were there, despite there being no other customers in the shop. Kidderminster however, are very engaging with your pets and keen to help, as you’d expect from staff working in a pet shop, so make it an enjoyable visit. Will be going to the Kidderminster store from now on and avoiding the Telford one. It’s a shame as it’s an exciting experience for a puppy and we came out disappointed at the lack of interaction.

   I'd made a purchase at the stafford branch & wanted to return it. I didn't get a receipt at the time & I couldn't find my email but found the transaction on my banking app which was used as proof & my refund was approved. Much appreciated

   What can I say about HOPE she was unbelievably he knowledge was fantastic she did not have to google anything she did not have to ask for help she knew her stuff my little pup has a food allergy that we found out about 3 days before going in to see HOPE told her about it unfortunately they did not do the food for my pup but after speaking to her for 10 15 minutes I felt I had to buy something from the store so we went down the treats she could have and again HOPE knew what would be good for her and what’s not good for her and when I got home my pup loved them and it did not seem to effect her in anyway so thank you HOPE

   Was spoken to rudely after the supervisor taken card payment and shown was taken out my bank pending then asked to pay again and just come in for a refund after she spoken to me like it was my mistake and I was dumb and in the wrong safe to say I won't be useing company again as I'm ok with human error but to be spoken down to is not respectful infront of other customers as well other services I've had been ok as been going there since I had my dog

   I drive about 13 miles to buy our retriever's food from here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the range of high quality goods is excellent. They always make a fuss of my Buffy too, which is always a bonus.
