It's been a while since we've needed to come to the Vets, but had to get an appointment today for our cat. We saw Vet Eva, and she was absolutely lovely! Super friendly, reassuring, and so nice to our cat! Highly recommend!

I have been with this vets the whole of my dogs 10 years and although some of the vets have not known how to handle my big boy the most recent gent was AMAZING a born vet I'd say he was brilliant with him and it's the calmest I've seen my dog. Reception staff and nurses always lovely and love my floof but so impressed with the vet this time!!!

What ever you do please AVOID this practice. I unfortunately had to have my dear cat put to sleep two weeks ago. She was put to sleep by the most disgusting cold vet I have ever met, I believe his name in Antonio. The remarks he made have left me with trauma these remarks include me saying βshe was so well 2 days agoβ the vet remarked while putting my cat to sleep βwell she isnβt ok nowβ. He showed me twice (without being asked) how my cat will look while dying and went on to do an impression of a dying cat. During the appointment I asked him why he was so cold he said βbecause Iβve watched my uncle diesβ he then began to insinuate that it was our fault our cat was getting put to sleep. It was the worst experience Iβve ever had. He kept referring to her as βthe animalβ. When I spoke to clinical lead she said βthe other members of the team said he dealt with the situation fine, the issue is there was no one there but me, my partner and the vet! There was so much more that I honestly wish Iβd filmed it. We have now left the practice which is a shame as we loved the receptionist, the female vet and the black nurse. Honestly that vet needs to go he is sadistic and cold he needs some kind of break from work on his people skills and perhaps get some counselling for himself. Absolutely awful practice! Go to madley vets for pets they are wonderful.

We've been with Vets4Pets Telford for nearly 10 years, and they have been incredible in looking after our 15-year-old French Bulldog, Chief. While we sadly had to say goodbye to him earlier this month, we know that the team here played a massive part in giving us so many cherished years with our boy. Anytime we had any worry at all, we were at the vet. From the days when Gilles was Head Vet and Tracey was on reception, to all the wonderful ladies on reception now, we're so grateful for all you did. A huge shoutout to the new lead vet, Eva, whom we adore. She has a soft spot for golden oldies, and Chief greatly benefited from that! Chief started acupuncture treatments with her, which was really helpful for him. We always knew Chief was in great hands, and we're so thankful for all she did in his last few days. We also want to give a special shoutout to Tash, Veterinary Nurse, who treated Chief as if he were her own. Your kindness and messages meant so much! We used to visit the vets so frequently that it's going to feel strange not being there all the time, but we still have our cat who will continue to be cared for by them. Thank you to the whole team at Vets4Pets Telford for looking after our warrior. We can't thank you enough for your care and compassion all these years.

Our recent encounter with Vets4Pets, in Telford, has left our family utterly devastated and disillusioned. We sought their services urgently when our beloved cat was suffering from a blocked bladder for the second time. However, the care provided by this establishment was shockingly negligent, ultimately resulting in the heart-breaking loss of our cherished companion. Upon admission at approximately 10 am, our cat underwent a procedure aimed at alleviating his distressing condition. To our dismay, Vets4Pets made the inexplicable decision to discharge him shortly thereafter, as they wanted to close early on a Saturday, despite the severity of his ailment. This premature discharge not only displayed a lack of understanding of the urgency of his situation but also disregarded the standard protocols for managing such cases effectively. Tragically, our cat's health deteriorated rapidly following his discharge, and he ultimately had to be put to sleep under the care of another out of hours veterinarian who was also dismayed by the lack of care Vets4Pets had provided. This devastating outcome could have been prevented had Vets4Pets exercised proper judgment and provided the necessary level of care and attention. Furthermore, the response from Vets4Pets following this tragic incident has been deeply disappointing. Rather than acknowledging their shortcomings and taking responsibility for their actions, they have shown a complete lack of remorse and have even attempted to deny the advice they provided us. Their dishonesty and lack of accountability only compound the distress caused by their negligent care. As pet owners who entrusted the well-being of our cherished companion to Vets4Pets, we are appalled by the disregard for basic standards of veterinary care demonstrated by this establishment. I am left questioning their competence and commitment to the welfare of animals in their care. We implore Vets4Pets to conduct a thorough review of their practices and protocols to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future. Additionally, we urge them to show compassion and integrity in their dealings with clients, especially in times of crisis. In memory of our beloved cat, we caution fellow pet owners against entrusting their pets' health to Vets4Pets until significant improvements are made to their standards of care and professionalism.

Had my cat spayed, visit was easy and the vet and vet nurse were lovely, explained the whole procedure and gave me the information I needed. Took my cat back for a check up 3 days after surgery and they were a little concerned about the top of the wound so advised me of what I needed to do and I bought a small bottle of Hibiscrub to help keep the area clean, asked me to send a photo of the wound in 5 days so they can check on it which I thought was an excellent option and saves me stressing my cat out with another check up when it probably isn't needed (of course advised that if wound doesn't look like it's healing to call and bring her back in). Friendly and lovely vet and vet nurse. Thank you very much Vets4Pets!

We attended the Telford practice. The vet was fantastic with both our dogs who are very anxious and he took the time to listen to us and answer all of our questions with such depth and knowledge and I felt both my dogs were in very safe hands during their surgery. The nurse was also fantastic she completely understood the needs of our dogs and made adjustments to ease their anxiety. I could just tell they both loved their job and completely understood our dogs ! The nurse provided a great explanation of all of the aftercare and follow up appointment. As a nurse myself I canβt thank them both enough itβs tough being on the other side ! Thank you very much for looking after our 2 babies so well.

The most friendly receptionist and vets I have been too. The vet seemed to really enjoy his job and take interest to Honey. He also took time to ask if she was doing OK at home and if I had any questions. Highly recommend. Thank you

The Vets themselves are good. They checked every detail of my dog in the check ups. However, every time I go there , there seems to be a different receptionist each time and each time telling me different things. I have to keep repeating my dogs needs and what our requirements are and that we go through insurance every time I go there. Never had that at any other Vets.

Lola has an ongoing medical condition and we needed a check up and medical review. She was thoroughly examined and we discussed all treatment options . Lots of advice given on new things to try and a plan created for going forward. Reception staff friendly, polite and prompt as always. The vet was very knowledgeable, patient with Lola and took his time making me feel reassured and confident in what we are all doing for Lola.
