   First time being my dog to this place, first question I got asked was why did I have the dog breed I had, this threw me off as I brought him in for a checkup due to itching. I said cause that's the dog I wanted, was then told the breed can be aggressive, of which I said its an owner that makes a dog nasty or aggressive. The vet agreed so guess it was more a comment about me, I'll go elsewhere in future.

   Awful. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes outside to collect preordered tablets for my dog and after 3 phone calls to find out what was happening, went home empty handed as they had all gone home for the day, after being told 3 times someone was on there way to hand me the tablets. Shockingly bad.

   Very experienced and helpful vets and office staff. A bit pricey and not always possible to get quick appointment at my local branch (hence four rather than five stars), but I am always pleased with the care they give my cat and how they take the time to explain treatments and give care advice.
