This is my third dog that I’ve registered at Gladstone, they’re always professional and always show love and care towards my dogs. Would highly recommend.
We were very grateful for the care and compassion shown to us by Helen and the lovely Vetinery Nurse who helped us with the passing of our beloved gentleman cat, Oscar. The procedure was so much nicer and less intrusive than previous experiences we have had regarding the sedation, as previously a cannula was placed in a front leg, this time the sedation was put into the scruff of his neck which I’m sure was less of an ordeal for our pet. She wrapped him carefully in his blanket and put him carefully in the carrier for the last part of his journey to the Crem. Thank you Gladstone we are very grateful for your care as always . Staff seem lovely and kind and vets very skilled - however you let yourselves down with extremely poor communication where it is very important. Not sending a report to my vets - despite them asking many times and me also chasing it and delaying my pet getting treatment for more than a week as my vet actioned it despite still not having a report. Also, demanding full payment up front - then refusing to action the claim form sent by PetPlan despite many requests - so only giving 3 stars.
Fantastic vets, all the staff were top quality. We were travelling from Ireland and needed to get a tape worms and a passport stamp . Really fast and professional - both dogs loved the vet and didn’t want to leave afterwards . 10/10 especially to Frithjof.
I'm not sure how good the new vets are. When I first started using Gladstone over 10 years ago, I had the utmost confidence in the two vets running the practice. It feels like there have been quite a number of different vets since which questions my confidence in them. Saying that, all staff are friendly and professional.
Vets are infomative and approachable but like most vets pull your trousers down with medication prices paid £47 for ear drops when there only £13 on line.malaseb shampoo £40 .£15 on line
Had an emergency tonight and they got me in straight away regardless of the fact they were busy with only 1 vet. The reception staff were fantastic and engaged with everyone. No one minded the wait nor skipping the queue based on priority and that's because of the staff and service. Thank you very much for being there in our community.
Little dog had her spay today. The care we received was commendable. Very friendly from desk to vet. Felt very confident dropping her off and would highly recommend. Thank you
Emergency late night visit with our dog, she had a bump on the head near the eye. Excellent service from the vet and nurse on night duty. Meg was OK but glad we were able to get her checked out quickly.
Very helpful. Found a cat in my garden, thin & obviously lost (had been missing for days) . They checked her over & scanned her for a chip, called owners & she was reunited that night with her family. Beautiful cat too!!❤
