   We lost our very special boy Mylo 22nd November and i still cant put into words the sadness i feel everyday since losing him. Severn edge staff treated us with kindness, privacy & empathy and we just wanted express our gratitude. Thank you for the sympathy card a week after it meant a lot to us. Rest in peace Mylo. We miss you so much.

   Very thoughtful and considerate of my feelings. I would have liked to have gone in with my pet however am sure there was a good reason why I couldn't and was too emotional to ask. A week an a bit later I received a really personal card from the vets offering condolences. Losing a pet is so painful and they seem to completely understand this regardless of the type of pet it is. I 100% recommend using sevenern edge vets at Donnington

   I would have normally given this practice a 5* as I have been with them for nearly 12 years. I have given it a 1* now purely because of the receptionist. I have now been told I can no longer attend the practice with my pet due to circumstances with the newest receptionist, which I will not go into. Therefore, I would like to thank the vet Hannah for the love, care, and kindness she bestowed on my pet she will miss you greatly as I will. You put her at ease from the very first time she had a problem, and I will be eternally grateful to you. Update... I am so glad that I no longer go to this vet. The new vet I have enrolled in my dog is a lovely, comfortable, well organised vet. Since being with them, I have had no issues with payments going through my insurance like I did with the receptionist at severn Edge, who constantly said I owed them money when I had paid.

   Im really grateful that I found them. My dog is reactive with attitude and very moody…. She is also rescue so I always was afraid to take her to the vet. Here she is carrying very well, Patrycja (vet) and all the nurses are very understanding and helpful. My dog had a surgery and I was informed all the way how the situation look like and how my dog is. Another time she had breathing problem durning the night so I called them in the morning and my dog was seen one hour later and had another surgery. And again, I had received few phone calls with update. All staff are very helpful when I question them about some concerns or queries. Highly recommended.

   Amazing staff, so lovely and caring. They must have a massively stressful job, yet always provide not only excellent care but reassurance to owners too. I wouldn't trust anywhere else for my pets. Special mention to the nurse Lucie, she is an absolute star.

   My partner and I have been with Severn Edge since 2016 when we got our first cat. We have had nothing but a good experience here. The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always listen carefully to us and any concerns we have and then take the appropriate action, reassure us and keep us informed. They are always thorough and never rush us in and out which shows that they really do care about the animals. We pay for the pet plan and we receive regular reminders when the cats are due to be flead, wormed and vaccinated which is great to keep us on top of all their treatments. When I order their prescriptions the staff here quickly process them so we can pick them up.
