   We can not begin to thank Tina & Geoff and the amazing staff of Chetwtnd Firs for taking such great care of our two dogs Recently. One of our dogs is a giant breed and stayed inside the family kennel along side our other large dog in the adjoining kennel, knowing the dogs were enjoying their exercise sessions and time in the play area was wonderful. We knew what we were looking for in a kennels and found it here, We will be back and recommend to anyone. Thank you so much to all the team for your fantastic care of Scooby and Harley XX

   We were very happy with the service. They took care of our foster British Bulldog for one night and handled everything without any issues. Despite some unclear documentation on my part, they remained patient and polite throughout. The prices are reasonable, and the walking areas nearby are lovely. We’ll definitely keep them in mind for next time!

   Absolutely DO NOT USE this kennels. They LIE and NEGLECT dogs!!!! We left our dog there a total of 3 times and the first time he was very unhappy afterwards which we put to nerves of a new kennel. Second time wasn’t too bad however the third time the kennels gave him back to us and he was miserable and didn’t seem too happy to see us or leave the kennels. When we brought him home he had an awful smell and stuff leaking from both his genetals and backend. He was so skinny and wasn’t eating or drinking. He went to emergency vets and had to be hospitalized overnight and have fluids, antibiotics and be monitored. His electrolytes were up and down. Pulse racing. Diarrhea and bloody stools. Vomitting. We had to give him oral medication to help him get better. The vet said it could’ve turned septic. This kennel neglected our dog and lied through their teeth when we called and questioned his care. We fought for a refund and only got just under half our money back.

   My dog stayed for a week at Chetwynd Firs, I feel he has received amazing care, I noticed his treats had been given to him and he seems in good health which indicates to me he's been treated well. The photos and updates are very reassuring, this is only if you pay for play sessions but you can call for updates. The staff were ever so kind, I trusted them and I feel they met my expectations. Thank you so much, I highly recommend and I'll be using you guys again in the future.

   After our dogs experienced some issues after staying in other kennels we decided to try Chetwynd. The dogs love it and as soon as they realise where they are their tails are wagging. The additional “experiences” are great and having regular photo updates means you can enjoy your holiday knowing the dogs are happy & entertained!

   Just collected our dog from his week holiday here. Cannot fault the staff & service. Our dog stayed in the standard small dog kennels which were cleaned to a really high standard and were exactly what was needed. I checked midweek via email on how he was settling and they responded really quickly and put my mind at ease. We will definitely be booking here again! Thank you all!
