First time at a Marston"s Inn and was impressed with the whole experience. Rooms were clean, well equipped, all the "electrics" worked. Coffee tray was well stocked. Towels were clean and fluffy. Staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Only negative was that the window lock in our room didn't work. I've always used Premium Inns before but will definitely look to go to Marston's in future. Thank you for a good, value for money, comfortable stay.

Very easy check in and out. Room was basic but clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and therefore had a good night's sleep. Although the hotel was a little out from the centre of Telford it had its own pub & restaurant where the food was extremely good. I stayed for business reasons I would stay again if required. The only let down was the empty shower gel container in the shower, had to swap it out with the wash basin container.

I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. Good evening meal and breakfast again with very friendly staff.

The stay and all the people were lovely. They provided a cot and stored our milk in their pub fridge for us. Every staff member was amazingly helpful and engaged with our 2 young children. The hotel is secluded and very comfortable with the shopping centre a 10 minute drive away. The hotel breakfast is probably the best iv experienced in this country. Amazingly priced, secluded and comforting hotel. The best thing about it is the staff who were all polite, welcoming and engaging with my young family. Thank you very much. Will definitely visit again..... Maybe just to eat the breakfast again :)

On a short break in Telford. We checked in inside the pub and was in our room (in a modern building adjacent to the pub) within a few minutes. The room was spacious, clean and up to date. A bath and shower was a welcome addition rather than just one or the other. Nice large tv, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities were to hand. We had an evening meal in the pub (excellent value for money) followed by a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended by us and would come again for sure.

We were shown to our tables straight away. And the lady who looked after us was very helpful. Informing us what we couldnt have of the menu before we picked anything. The food came promptly and it was warm and well presented. Would definitely go back.

We came for Wednesday quiz night and for tea too. We had a lovely catch up, with 3 of my party of 4 able to be seated earlier than the reservation. The food was lovely, and a decent portion size. The restaurant decor was nice and gave a cosy vibe. Our server Ellice was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu! Would come back again.

Really lovely service! Food was delicious. We did have to wait quite a long time for our mains to be served but this would not put us off coming again! Fab place to take the children, games corner!….great idea! The lady who served us was very very friendly.

This is a regular haunt for us, food is always very good, staff are friendly and helpful, really nice atmosphere. Menu has recently changed however and there appears less choice now for vegetarians/vegans, do hope notice is taken of this and choice is improved. Only downside was that the coffee (Americano) was absolutely dreadful! Please invest in a better coffee machine, having had such a nice meal you really don't want to finish on a really awful coffee!

Warm and welcoming staff. Great table service from Ellice. Food was excellent, hot well cooked and chips were amazing. Clean environment and easy to park. Got choice of where to sit which was lovely. Overall great experience and would definitely come again.
