Do not waste your time here. Take your prescription elsewhere. I gave in my prescription a week ago. Kept getting told it will be ready tomorrow, just needs ordering. And itβs never been ready. I took my prescription back. Queues are always long and every customer has some sort of issue with their prescription because of the pharmacy

A very friendly and helpful team in person but unfortunately dreadful at answering the phone. I often abandon the call. I have to collect meds for people and have to plan the collection of meds around visits. If nobody answers the phone it means wasted visits if meds arenβt ready.

Awful service. Appalling standards. Tried collecting prescription 09:00 today only to find premises still closed with staff outside waiting for the chemist. 20 minutes later, no luck. Tried again 14:10. Joined a large line of people. Most were told the pharmacist was give a flu jab and would be about 10 minutes. Much later it was my turn to find the prescription was not ready when the GP last evening said it was urgent and sent it straight to the pharmacy to collect it. There were plentiful staff behind the screen but only 1 member running around like mad doing her best in a failed pharmacy. 1 star is too much.

The number of houses and people in the area has increased significantly over recent years, so demand at this pharmacy has increased and the staff are overworked. However, the staff are helpful and you can sign up to receive text messages telling that your prescription is ready to collect which avoids phone calls to the pharmacy and it's a good service. Maybe it's time for a bigger branch as the drawers of the prescriptions to be collected seem full? Thank you to the staff

I have tried to collect my prescription 4 times now, firstly it hadn't arrived, next it wasn't in stock, then they only had half of it, just came to collect the rest, half an hour wait! Nearly everyone in the queue was asked to come back later as their medication was out of stock or not made up yet. The shop is also looking scruffy and floor is filthy!

Prescriptions never ready even though GP informs us they will be. We always give them extra time because we know how long we have to wait. The staff arenβt at all friendly. Medications so often out of stock - when I have taken prescriptions to Morrisons pharmacy they always have the goods in stock & staff there are much more friendly. It hasnβt always been like this but has declined over last 2 years.

This has the be the worst pharmacy I've ever used, it's crazy, probably the best GP practice in Shropshire next door but this pharmacy is incredibly slow, you take your script in and they just tell you to come back in an hour when it's ready, nobody wants to come back after an hour, we just want to wait 10 minutes and go home... Every other pharmacy I've ever used just has a small wait for medication. Edit: Attended again purely because it's next to my doctor, said they didn't have a pharmacist to dispense as they were doing flu vaccines, told to come back the next day... Came back the next day and the prescription still wasn't ready requiring me to wait again..... I don't know what they're doing wrong here, no other pharmacist I've been to has delays this long..

I just rang here & spoke to Hayley. What can I say! Hayley went "above & beyond" to help me with a prescription request. It's so reassuring when a member of staff responds in this way, Trying by various means to help sort out a problem. WELL DONE HAYLEY!!!!

A great service. Paul, pharmacist, is amazing. Always takes time to consult with patients. A plethora of information on offer; can assess health concerns. This means people often do not need to take up a doctorβs appointment. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.
