   I made an appointment for 9 am, explains that I was extremely busy with work so first thing in the morning was the best time for me ! I arrived in plenty of time to be met with a sign on the shutters that the pharmacist ‘was stuck in traffic’ & that they would be open at 9.15, really with 2 others we waited until 9.15 & still no show, totally unprofessional

   I attended Muxton Pharmacy for advice on the travel vaccinations required for a lengthy trip to Africa. The reasons for the recommended vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis were fully explained along with any potential side effects. The injections were administered effectively, with arrangements for follow up appointments set in place on the day. Overall a very professional service on a par with the specialist travel clinics I have attended previously. Richard P

   Excellent, friendly and caring. My consultant was very knowledgeable about what injections were required for the area of Africa I was visiting. I also received an email advising me about food and drink, hygiene, insects etc. I would definitely recommend them and will be visiting them again in the future for my holiday injections.    A very professional experience of the Clinic. My wife and I had a good consultation regarding our travel plans and the required vaccinations. There was no selling going on, just a very adult conversation about the requirements and the process. They were also flexible about dates and fitted in with our plans. Great service.

   I am travelling to India with work so attended the travel clinic for a consultation and vaccinations. This trip is fairly short notice but the availability for consultation and vaccination at Muxton was excellent, and very quick and easy to book online. Mohammed has been very professional throughout. He had researched what I needed before my consultation, so was clear about what I could have at Muxton, and what I could have at the GP, which was helpful. I had my first vaccinations on Friday, and these were expertly given by Mohammad who put me at my ease beforehand. I had very little pain at the time of vaccination and have had no side effects. His follow up information has been as promised and I have my next appointment booked.
