   Fortunately I don't have to visit my GP often but I collect a prescription monthly, ordered online via Patient Access, and get a text message when it's ready. I find the staff cheerful and helpful even though they're often busy with a big queue waiting to be served. Thanks for a good service

   Refused to give the correct items as per the prescription. Made their own interpretation of the prescription and were extremely rude and brash. They were insulting about the prescribing doctor. The woman woman working their looked like she hadn't washed in days and had just rolled in from a night out. She has a chip on her shoulder. Go elsewhere, this place is awful. Honestly awful.

   What is wrong with this pharmacy ? i went in yesterday for my weekly dossit box, but they came up with an excuse that i couldn't have my one medication tramadol because apparently the doctor hadn't sent that one over to them. But all the other's yes. i've been on my medication for year's now and never had this problem. So they said i'd have to ring 111 to get an emergency prescription for my Tramadol. As if 111 isn't under enough pressure as it is. Perhaps if they stopped changing their staff every week these problem's wouldn't happen, every week there always seems to be different staff. The Tramadol is the one medication that i need more than any off the other's for my arthritis. The Doctor's are already over stretched as it is without you pharmacy staff adding to it.

   This pharmacy has got to be the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my whole 54 years, I am end-of-life on my prescriptions are essential, delivery is never on time, they never answer the phone, I’ve been waiting over an hour most times I call and then stuff are extremely rude and even lie. Surely when you have a weekly Prescription they should know what day it’s due to be delivered and have the medicines ordered ready for that delivery! Extremely disorganized and dreadful service all round. Would not recommend anyone use this surgery. Dreadful

   I'm writing this because I am absolutely fuming this pharmacy has the worst staff I've ever dealt with apart from the odd one or two ,they are rude and ignorant and they need a lesson in customer service ,they speak to people like they are thick and they are disgusting .I wouldn't give them any stars but I had no choice. What is wrong with people?why is it that these people are allowed to speak to their customers this way ,I was bought up to have respect for other people but that's definitely not the case with most of the staff in this pharmacy..
