Honestly horrendous service. The staff just ignore you. Stood chatting amongst themselves while customers wait at the counter to speak to someone. Awful.
Excellent pharmacy and really nice, pleasant staff always ready to help. Very well run. And long opening times too.

I Visited this pharmacy during my break to collect a prescribed medication. I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes without even getting a chance to eat. I politely asked if they could arrange the medicine so I could collect it later at 4 PM, and the staff assured me they would. When I returned at 4, they hadn’t even looked for it. I had to wait another 25 minutes. It was frustrating and a waste of time, especially when the commitment was made earlier. What surprised me most was a board proudly claiming “Best Pharmacy Award” — honestly, the experience didn’t reflect that at all. Hope they work on better time management and customer service.

Asian chemist refused to give me missing meds even though he knew they were there, said as the patient had a new script she didnt need them, but the new script was picked up early for the next month, is this not stealing meds from the patient or government ?

Good service. We had to phone for directions and when we arrived they expected us. Just axshame it was the only pharmacy open nearest to Shrewsbury . A round-trip of 68 miles.
Come here all the time to collect my prescriptions as it is my closest pharmacy, I am always kept standing there waiting to be served eventhough though the phone calls are constantly being answered and prioritised. I ordered an emergency prescription from my doctor 2 days ago which they put through as an emergency prescription yet I got to the pharmacy and I was waiting for over 15 minutes as it still wasn't fully processed eventhough it was on their system as an emergency prescription, thought it was called an emergency prescription for a reason.
Helpful staff and I managed to pick up presectiption straight away after visiting the Donnington Medical Practice. Probably could do with a few more seats inside, apart from that it is good. There is generally a small queue whenever I'm here so be prepared to wait a few minutes.
