   The staff at your Oakengates are amazing ,my husband, daughter ,mom and myself have a lot of medication and the ladies are always very helpful ,I have one complaint it is the carpet in your shop I have mobility problems and have tripped a few times on the carpet as it is all patchy,and it makes the shop look unprofessional ,I have told my friends and family about the service and they have come to you now for there medication.thankyou for all the help and advice we get from your wonderful staff.

   Professional and approachable pharmacy glad I switched to Jhoots , nothing is ever too much trouble , made to feel so welcome when you walk through the door and it seems they know a lot of their customers on a first name basis , a special shout to both Jackies and Katie who continue to be smiley and friendly to every one who walks through the door , if they don’t have it , they’ll try to get it asap for you or help you ring round others if it’s urgent , haven’t come across another pharmacy who actually care the way they do .

   Only used this pharmacy a couple of times since moving from Charlton, the difference is very noticeable. The staff at Jhoots just seem to want to help you as soon as you walk in. I was missing an item from prescription, turns out to be genuinely my fault yet they did everything they could to help, even letting me know that certain items may arrive earlier :) So thankyou once again from a very disorganised diabetic, just makes my life easier, greatly appreciated :) Also just read the other reviews, the owner of this business is very lucky with the quality of the staff they have
