Never open. Just tried to go in and sign saying no pharmacist. This is local to us so now going elsewhere for the stuff I need. Not impressed
Not sure what is going on at this pharmacy at the moment. Telephoned five or six times from work from 9.10 this morning (Saturday), to inquire as to why my prescription hadn’t been delivered to my place of work yesterday. I was beginning to think that the branch was closed or that the phone was out of order but eventually I received an answer at 10.15 only to be told that it was there but it was down for delivery on Monday! This is by no means the first time that I have had to telephone due to non-delivery and explaining that I had now run out of medication as I had already been waiting a week, the response which I received was that I should ring them on the given day of delivery to make sure that I was on their list. A reminder should not be needed if the staff did their job properly! On saying that I wouldn’t be giving any reminder calls as I would be changing pharmacy, the response was “well if that’s how you feel.” No apologies and of no concern.
Friendly staff, good to have a local dispensing chemist, value for money.
