   Absolutely loved coming in on my lunch break Wednesday, been to the GP and did not get the result I needed, the lady that first spoke to me was lovely and funny and she knew exactly what was wrong and Ravinder the pharmacist was fantastic as well. Lovely team and will definitely be going back if needed Well done guys

   I usually find this pharmacy to be helpful and efficient, but I had a very poor experience on a recent visit. The pharmacist was unprofessional and seemed to not even understand the symptoms I was experiencing and took over 30 minutes to assess me for sinus issues! She did not listen, was fumbling her way though an online questionnaire and I found her very uncomfortable to be with. Most unimpressed!

   Some staff ok, but was unlucky to be talking to the one that needs to add rude comments. So unnecessary and unprofessional. Making the whole experience unnecessarily difficult.

   A very good and caring service. They make sure they know their customers and will even do follow up calls to check if your medication is OK. There's a private consultation room, too. They are kindly, friendly, courteous and very professional.
