   My hubby saw an GP for some issue and got to collect a prescription here. A nice lady offered a routine blood pressure check and found a little bit high. So, they got my hubby a small monitor on arm for a day. This really helped to see the real and whole picture. It was stable but quite high. They referred him to GP immediately by issuing a letter. The pharmacist Aniqe and the staff are really nice and professional. I now nominate Oakengates Pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions.

   Went to see about weightloss management injections . Aniqe was excellent and I could not recommend them enough. I been attending for 2 and a half months and I have lost nearly 2 stone and have a consultant every month. The staff at the pharmacy are friendly ,helpful and Always polite

   Self referred myself via 111, was called within half an hour. Spoke to the pharmacist Aniqe he was extremely friendly and recommended I come over to the pharmacy for a consultation. Arrived at the pharmacy all the staff were very professional and quick. Would highly recommend!

   Can not recommend this pharmacy enough. Aniqe went above and beyond to help me with a health issue I’ve been struggling with for weeks. He is so knowledgeable and helpful, the best service I have received from a health care professional. He really cares and does everything he can to help! I am so grateful and wouldn’t go to another pharmacy again. Thank you so much Aniqe and your team! You guys are amazing!!

   This is my local pharmacy in which I use regularly for repeat presentations. I honestly think that the staff there on the whole are lovely. I used the pharmacy today in an emergency situation and they attended to my needs quickly and professionally. I certainly would never give a positive review to any organisation if they did not deserve it.

   Second time I have been to this pharmacy to collect medication automatically sen there and it has been closed due to no pharmacist. Surely it could have opened for over the counter medications and prescriptions already for collection which mine would have been. Bit disgraceful as have to wait until can reorder prescription til you only have a week supply left the. 4 days to allow for it to be ready to collect and closed so no medication for the weekend very annoying

   Sells blood test monitors even though the doctors, under the same roof, don't do the test strips for....I understand they are not the same company, just thought communication may have been used between the two businesses. Oh and they made me feel stupid for pointing this out, just repeating 'we are not the same company' I've moved anyway, I'm with Jhoots now, next to Rubys in oakengates, 100% better service and staff. So just save time and trouble and change, just look at the difference in reviews, mostly 5 star at Jhoots.. Who, may I add open Saturday mornings, which saved my weekend. The difference between night and day these pharmacies..

   Consistently very, very slow, inefficient, uncommunicative, unhelpful, and not at all customer focused. We’ve now transferred to Jhoots, and can’t believe the positive difference! I wish we’d changed years ago, and recommend anyone putting up with the awful service at Lloyds to do the same.

   Very slow service, even if you give a few days before pickup, prescription is not ready, they only seem to prepare it when you turn up, so problems such as not in stock only crop up then, causing further delay. Staff move in slow motion, ignore customers and don't seem to care. I have changed my chosen pharmacy to Boots, Forge Retail Park.
