I called and made an appointment the same day. The member of staff was courteous, knowledgeable and put me at ease.
The clinic was very clean and nicely heated .
The actual examination took about 15 mins and each step was fully explained to me.
I got my results within 2 days of the appointment

Iβm VERY disappointed. First thry moved my appointment by a day at last minute notice. Then they sell tests that can be done in 24-48hβ¦ but they donβt respect that delay. My results are time sensitive and had to book another elsewhere to manage to get a quick result. More costs to me!!. They refused to refund the test even though they canβt deliver the timescale. Disgusting.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Easy Medical Centre for a blood test and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, providing clear explanations throughout the entire process. The test was conducted efficiently and with the utmost care for my moms well-being. I was pleasantly surprised with the turnaround to receive the results the very next day. Also the next day we realized I needed another marker tested (which our doctor also thought is useful), I reached out to the centre via Facebook and received a prompt response indicating that they would prioritize my request and get back to me as soon as possible. True to their word, the results were delivered the following day and I was happy to pay the additional fee for the added service. Overall, the exceptional service and professionalism displayed by Easy Medical Centre made the process worth every penny. It is not often that I leave a positive review, however, in this instance, I was truly amazed by the level of care and commitment to their clients. Many thanks!
