   I have been for a scan today. And I can honestly say the staff Carl and Rochelle were absolutely amazing. Kind , caring , very friendly. Made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Carl was very chatty and had such a lovely nature. They are definitely in the right job working with the public. What lovely kind amazing staff. It's nice to have such caring staff. Thank you.

   Sobia and Danielle were very professional and friendly. Sobia did a thorough scan and communicated really well throughout. It's so important to have healthcare staff such as because as patient you go in a very deflated state of mind (especially for scans etc). Kind regards , Tess

   I had a scan recently with Dr Kahkashan and Dr Kingsley, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Both doctors were incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. Dr Kahkashan made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in, her calm and friendly approach instantly settled my nerves. Dr Kingsley was equally wonderful, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood what was happening at each stage. Their teamwork, patience, and compassion made a potentially stressful appointment feel safe and supportive. I’m truly grateful to have been under their care, they are a credit to their profession. Thank you both for making such a difference!

   Terrible service!! Got referred by GP weeks ago and heard nothing? I chased up myself and was asked can I come the following day (today), which I could. I’ve just arrived for my appointment to be told it was in fact yesterday. When calling to say what had happened, I’m told I’ve now been discharged and will have to be re-referred by my GP. This is not acceptable on any level and abysmal service.

   Awful, frustrating and badly designed. I have tried 4 times to book an appointment. Misleading information on letter and on voicemail. Phone cuts out after an hour and a half. Lastest try got me to caller number 1 by 1 hour and twenty minutes they answered and then immediately hung up and it went straight to a customer service survey. Don’t be poor, old, ill or vulnerable the help is just not there. My GP offered no help or advise.

   Absolute shambles. Were supposed to make an ultrasound appointment for me and post it to me. Instead, they apparently called my mobile for reasons unknown, then cancelled my appointment request because I failed to answer. I am not allowed to have my phone with me at work for security reasons. So I called back. Waited an hour and 20 minutes. No reply. For the last 40 minutes of that call I was number 1 on the queue. It never got picked up. It's a disgrace.

   I have tried calling this company twice today as I had a text to say I needed to rearrange an appointment due to Monday now being a Bank Holiday. Both times I have been on hold for 1 and a half hours, starting with you are caller number 62 in the queue! Surely they need more phone staff. This is after waiting nearly 5 months since my GP referral to actually get an appointment. Poorly ran company.

   Received a text message from them to book an appointment. No way to book online. Was on hold for 90 mins, someone then answered and said hello twice and hung up. Rang again, was on hold for another 90 minutes. Someone answered said hello and then hung up. No issues with my phone at all as I’ve been receiving calls on it all day. Total disgrace and shouldn’t be working with the nhs
