   The receptionists have been extremely helpful, some actually explaining how to use their website to book appointments ect. When a clinician was running late, the receptionist went to see how long it would be until my appointment, which was helpful

   As a new patient I was impressed how quickly I was able to get a face to face GP appointment. Grosvenor having 2 surgeries and flexible times meant more options for appointments. The consultation was not rushed, I had immediate confidence in the GP I met.

   Unbelievably rude receptionist with short hair and glasses around mid to late 60s. I was having issues with my appointment so approached the window and smiled and said hello for her to be extremely curt and miserable. Very unhelpful with a terrible attitude throwing her arms up in the air at me. My first experience with Gresty Brook medical centre and it will certainly be my last! So grateful I don’t have these issues at Earnswood. It’s people like her that give receptionists a bad name. I’ve never experienced anything like it, why work in a public facing roll when you don’t even have basic manners and terrible people skills. I was so polite to this lady which I think is why I was so taken aback by her rudeness.

   The receptionist today was rude and abrupt. She asked if I had logged in on the screen then huffed when I said no, I then asked about how to make an appointment for my parents, as they don't have access to apps. She advised there was no app. I showed her my GP app She said you can't make appointments I said I have last week. She was rude saying no you haven't, I have for months. She then advised people can make appointments on the website for other people. She was rude and made me feel like I was stupid.

   Absolute joke. Been trying to get through for 4 weeks for more spinal surgery. Told me to ring hospital, but they don't know what one, Been on the phone since 8.30, as an ex ambulance worker I would have better customer and patient service to all that need you

   253 phone calls. Seriously you can not get through to make an appointment. No wonder a&e is so busy.ibe been trying for 4 days to make an appointment its a joke

   Absolutely dreadful practise, sat on phone for 30mins with no answer, so drove there, walked in with phone still ringing, not one of the staff doing anything but still not answering phone. Dr telling me that she will phone me for another appointment and a link to send photos. 2 messages now saying please send photo, still no link to where to send photo. Now they telling me they told me to book another appointment in 2 weeks, if this was the case why did she tell me she had to book me another appointment so that she could check my ears to see if I needed to be referred to ent specialist.

   Julie - the receptionist, is so helpful and friendly. She rang me back this afternoon to make sure my prescription was ready for the weekend. And she was so polite and helpful. Made me feel at ease. And I’m so thankful she went out of her way to call me. Bless you Julie. Thanks.

   Ridiculous, can’t get an appointment to have a consultation with a doctor..I have been trying to book an appointment for the last thee weeks. I have been calling every single day from 8:30 onwards. No one at the surgery answers the phone to book appointments , nor are you able to book appointments via myGP app. It Would be nice if the surgery could send out communication on how one is supposed to book an appointment.
