   Amazing practice. I’ve been going here for years and after my last treatment, felt compelled to write a review. I’ve had a few different dentists here over the years but Mohamad Boubes and his assistants are a credit to the place. No fuss, very efficient and very skilled at his job. Receptionists have a great manner and seem to keep everything running smoothly. Hearing about others’ experiences of different dentists, I feel lucky to have a place here.

   This place is a joke. I was told by Smile White that my missed appointment fee would be covered, so I rebooked and waited three weeks only to be turned away on arrival because the dentist refused to see me.No one bothered to tell me this in advance. They wasted my time completely. Zero communication, zero professionalism. Avoid Bucknall Dental at all costs.

   I see the practice has now changed hands. So this is for the my dentist review (as I assume some of the staff may still work there) like other reviews I made an appointment for the family approx 20 months ago. 3 times it was cancelled then finally got an appointment that unfortunately was the day if the queen's funerow that it's up.and running again. I've updated review as I have finally managed to get a fourth appointment. Hopefully no more delays and issues, but happier now than last week.
