   I visited this dentist practice late last month for a check up. The receptionists are always polite and friendly and I was seen very promptly by the dentist. The dentist found no problems and he gave my teeth a thorough scale and polish. I have never experienced a problem with this dental practice, hence the high score.

   I recently had a broken tooth, I called and received a timely appointment. However my regular dentist cancelled twice due to sickness. The lovely reception team arranged for me to see a different dentist for a repair, as I was due to go on holiday. Wonderful service. Thankyou

   Lovely dentists who always help when you are in trouble. There waiting lists are not too bad and the staff are really friendly and helpful. My dentist is so good and always makes sure I am doing things right, very trustworthy and honest. It's also nicely located near a big supermarket so easy to get free parking there.

   Sadly she left and no permanent replacement…. Saw Megan this morning. She was incredibly kind, considerate and thorough. She did a lot to put me at ease and listened to my problem and discussed options with me. She was willing to try something new to help. I thought she was brilliant! Can’t recommend her highly enough.

   The experience of being a patient at this dental practice is beyond frustrating. Appointments are continually cancelled and booking mistakes are made on a regular basis. Staff are generally friendly and polite but they spend their life cancelling appointments and apologising; better training is clearly needed. No wonder staff turnover is so high. There are often equipment problems and time management of appointments is not good. Overall the service is very poor.
