   My experience at Biddulph Dental Care has been exceptional. I am an incredibly nervous patient having faced numerous fillings, crowns and more over the years. Reza is an excellent dentist, his calming approach and explanation about the work he is doing is extremely helpful. He takes great care, and the end result is neat and tidy dental work. The wider team are friendly and welcoming, and the skills of Dr Arminder are a significant asset to the team. Whilst I will always be very nervous about any dental appointments or treatments, since registering at Biddulph Dental Care, I have attended regularly and feel able more to access treatment.

   I went for my first check up on Wednesday and was very nervous after having a bad experience at my previous dentist. I saw Reza and he was absolutely lovely and so were the two ladies who were assisting him. Reza knew that I was nervous and he put me at ease straight away. I won't be worrying about going for my next check up. Also, the two receptionists were so lovely, very polite to me. One of them dashed around the desk to pick my stick up when it fell to the floor. I have no issues with my visit and I really appreciate how kind they were to me.... thank you so much

   Being a nervous patient for such a long time and avoided going to the dentist. Sadly I’ve got a cracked tooth which needs coming out in the near future. But the entire team here are fantastic from a nervous patient point of view. Highly recommend

   Phoned keen dentist for an appointment I had to wait 6 weeks to be seen. Went along to that appointment and was in the treatment room all of 10 minutes which cost £65 to be told I have to wait another 4 weeks for treatment I explained I was in pain but that fell on deaf ears. So I go to appointment 4 weeks later to then be told they had cancelled it due to dentist going home they have no contingency in place for this type of thing but if you miss your appointment they strike you off there register an absolute appalling service Should be took off the NHS list

   Following a very bad experience at a private practice I transferred to Keens dental practice several years ago. I have an inherent fear of the dentist and I can honestly say Julian Keen has made that a thing of the past and is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have nothing but praise for this practice.

   I took my very nervous daughter for a tooth extraction today and Dr Keen was amazing! He had such a gentle, calming demeanor and really put her at ease. She barely new it was being done and has really overcome her fears about going to the dentist. Amazing dentist!

   Not Helpful and not friendly; With the rest of my family going here I wanted to get us all together, but nothing short of rude on the phone – Full to capacity, yet they will take on private patients. Disappointed and will look to move us all to a different surgery – manners cost nothing. Best Avoided I think.

   Being a very nervous dental client when I joined Keen Dental Practice I was both relieved and impressed at Julian and Susan’s approach to my needs. Julian being extremely competent, professional and an excellent dentist along with Susan as his knowledgeable, Hugely experienced and empathic Dental Nurse I know I am in safe hands and trust them with my dental needs every time. I cannot thank you both enough for your expertise in calming and reassuring me prior and during a procedure. My husband and I both travel a 30 mile round trip to see Julian as our preferred Dentist and will continue to do so. Thank you for my dentalcare and exceptional emotional support today during my visit.
