Very warming and welcoming gym with a range of lessons and coaches from K1 kickboxing, boxing, Judo, Bjj, MMA and cardio circuit training. The children's classes at the gym are packed and loaded with talented kids who allways leave with smiling faces. “An argument about secret internet spending with my other half led me to find Michael. This was over 12 months ago and I’ve been seeing Michael since then. During my first session with Michael he identified that my compulsive buying was a symptom of another issue and he was absolutely right. This initial problem I had is so much better, and it’s down to Michael’s help that I can say that. I’ve continued to get much needed help from Michael on other issues I have as my other half has a terminal illness and I recently lost a beloved pet dog. I wouldn’t want to be without the support he offers as I navigate the difficult course which lies ahead. Through our work together I’ve also been able to clearly see I have neurodivergent tendencies. It’s something I’d wondered about in the past, or whether I was just “odd”. Knowing that I’m not “the problem”, “being difficult” etc has really helped me. I can wholeheartedly recommend Michael.”
