Never a easy trip with our German Shepherd Obi, as he is not great with other dogs and he’s very apprehensive of the whole vet visit… However at Hillside they are always very helpful and understanding to our needs when bringing Obi

Our puppy went to Medivet Nantwich to have a free lump check and to be weighed. The reception staff were very welcoming and the vet was outstanding, he took his time whilst our puppy settled before he checked our puppy. Brilliant service thank you.
Brilliant vet. Really friendly staff, and importantly, they are really gentle and friendly with the animals. I have 5 dogs and 4 cats. None of them have an issue coming here. All are happy to see the staff. Always able to get an appointment. Have even had it where I've rung late in the afternoon, and they have still been able to see me that day. Highly recommend bringing any of your pets here for a fantastic first-class service.

Shame as used it for years and Richard was always amazing with our pets. But since he left and it got bought over it's gone downhill very quick. Vetinarian caused our pets severe distress to the point that next time we took them they actually barked at the vet that saw them last. Also found the vet incredibly rude. Prices on things seemed to have tripled and getting charged over unneeded proceedures. After years of coming here we had to find another vets. Place needs sorting.
Professional and friendly, vet Richard I wish he could be cloned as he knows his stuff. The ladies on the desk and the nurses were great. Will definitely use again.
