Our dog enjoys staying here, all the staff are nice and obviously love dogs. We book the superior rooms which give her more privacy as she is selectively sociable. They make sure to get all the info about her medication etc so they can give her the best care. So pleased to be able to see updates on Facebook while she's there too.
My 2 dogs stayed here for just over 3 weeks in August 2025, I was apprehensive as they hadn’t stayed here before, it was a long stay and they both suffer with epilepsy. I couldn’t have been happier when we picked them up, they were happy and healthy and very pleased to see us!! The staff were brilliant with them, they are very friendly, and at pick up told some stories which proved they had got to know our dogs really well. Pictures are also regularly posted to Facebook, which put my mind at rest, we were also allowed to take the dogs beds from home and a few toys for their stay which we thought was a great bonus for a long stay Definitely recommend! Thank you for taking such good care of them
We love this place! We would not take our girls anywhere else and they love going. They take excellent care of them and it just means that I don’t have to worry for a second about them while I’m away. It really is like excellent and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
Lovely kennels, recently updated. Our dog Amber has been quite a few times and recently stayed for 17 days. She came back happy, clean and the staff took the extra time to notice and clip her dew claws. (We do this frequently at home but didn't think to mention it as she's not usually in that long!). The animals come first, and I trust the staff to really care and do the right thing for each dog. Thank you.
(both of our dogs are up to date in all vaccines including kennel cough which was a requirement) I recently boarded my dogs at A & A Animal Hotel, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind and caring, treating our two large dogs with the same love and attention they receive at home. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that everyone at the kennel genuinely cares about the well-being of the pets. They provided excellent care, ensuring my dogs were comfortable, well-fed, and happy throughout their stay. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and loving place to board their pets. Went for a viewing of Kennels before booking in our puppy Bailey. Lovely friendly young lady showed us around while another girl looked after puppy. Beautiful spot of country side and exercise area . Booked for week holiday.
Absolutely smashing staff with a lovely setting. Have walked past a few times since, and my Cocker always wants to go back inside. That says it all, really.

Our small dog stayed for the first time ever in kennels. The staff were so gentle and genuine that he took to them straight away with no anxiety whatsoever. I got a photo of him too which was nice and I could tell he was settled. Would recommend.
