   Great vets. We have been with them since we moved to the region in 2016, and they have been absolutely amazing every single time. From routine appointments for our Remus who joined our family in 2018, to nail clippings, supporting us through the challenges of his heart disease developed in November 2024, and finally helping us say our final goodbye last week, the care, empathy and professionalism of the whole team has been phenomenal. I cannot recommend Alora Vets enough, and will always be grateful to Rebecca in particular for her time and how she deeply cared about Remus.

   I’ve had an extremely positive experience with Alora Vets. They truly care about my dog and always take the time to call after his appointments to check how he’s doing, which means a lot — especially as he’s currently battling cancer. Unlike the vet practice closer to home, which refused to register him because of his age and lack of medical history, Alora Vets welcomed him without any hesitation. The team made the whole process simple and stress-free. They’re always honest and upfront about costs, making sure I know exactly what I’ll be paying before any treatment. The level of compassion, communication, and genuine care they show is outstanding. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done for my dog — and for me. I would recommend Alora Vets to anyone looking for a practice that truly puts pets first.

   The vet was really friendly and professional, answering my questions and putting our pet at ease. The receptionist who I dealt with (didn't see a name tag so I'll call her Garth) told me to wait for the medication. So I waited and waited until I asked her colleague and she then went and prepared the medication for me, so I was waiting for something that was never coming. Whitburn Alora.

   My cat had a major accident in the house and hurt his jaw , rushed him too alora vets , where i got told the damage was worse than i thought he shattered half his jaw and teeth and dislocated the other side of his jaw , i was in bits the cost of the treatment was gonna be super high and i didnt have the funds , i told them too go aheas with the surgery and i would work something out as i cannot lose my baby echo , after the surgery i went too pick him up to take him to glasgow vets and they told me they get a case study a year too put towards the bills and the two vets melissa and donna combined theres too save echo and help me , i cant believe it still , thanks too these amazing vets.

   All what they cares about that's money. Their prices are ridiculous, and they getting even worst. They have very bad opinion in my area. I have moved finally to the other Practice - and wow, what a difference! I just regret I have done it not much much earlier.

   My dog experienced very rare complications after surgery. The aftercare for the surgery was good. The aftercare for the complication has been nothing short of excellent. All of the vets have looked after my dog as if it was their own dog. My dog is fine now and it is thanks to these vets and the nursing staff.

   This surgery has gone downhill big time since Tony left. My dog was scared and the vet he seen didn't show any sort of care towards him to try and gain his trust. I'm sure my dog isn't the only one who has growled when trying to be examined? Now he is classed as AGGRESSIVE in his notes which couldn't be further from the truth

   During Oct my dog although hungry was not keen on eating anything hard. Eating seemed to cause pain. I suspected a bad tooth so arranged a full dental but also asked for his ears and eyes to be checked. This was done at the cost of £454. No teeth were bad. His ears were irrigated and I was given ear drops. Back after two weeks one ear still required more drops. At this time I had noted that his left eye was very red and sore. His eye was checked and no scratches or foreign bodies seen. I was given drops for conjunctivitis. A further £71. Three days later his eye looked worse. This morning I phoned, explained the situation and was informed that the vet would call. Afternoon I called back and again was assured that the vet would call. NO phone call at all. Certainly not the service I expect from a vet practice who claim to give "the highest quality Veterinary Care"

   Visited Arytons vets for the first time today. Excellent service from Tony the vet and fantastic reception and nursing staff. Very impressed, with everything from communication to the care delivered to my dog. Keep up the fantastic work guys, you are wonderful
